Ulasan Xuzhou Marriott Hotel Lakeview

Marriott Hotel will always be my number hotel in Xuzhou. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, definitely will be coming back.

The room was neat and tidy. Helpful and friendly staff. A relaxing lake park is just a few footsteps away.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.

The staff were very informative at check in advising of some of the facilities that had been closed due to Covid restrictions and changed location of the breakfast room. Going down to breakfast was great - some very helpful staff and a great selection of food. The in-room option for breakfast (leaving the card on the door for collection at night) didn't happen - I'd attempted that twice and the card was still on the door in the morning. The delivery of extra water with the robot was very cute.

Great location for relaxing. Service is good, Bre at the reception was very nice as well as Staff in the executive lounge. Sausages at the breakfast buffet could be better quality though

My room was amazing. I wish the room was high up though. The buffet Christmas dinner was nice but the dinner on the 26th was not so nice. We had left over turkey, we could tell it was left over because we had taken pictures before they closed, & the same turkey was served for dinner the next day. Other than that, my stay was really good and the staff was very friendly.

淡季出行，沒想到徐州的12月室外還算温暖，雲龍湖邊萬豪也給了我們一個美好的假期；湖景雙床房間👍有圖有真相，肉眼所見看原圖，冬季湖景房朝南正好可以曬着温暖的陽光看湖景，很舒適 兩張1.35的床目測帶兩個孩子也沒問題，卧榻睡個成人稍微蜷一點腳也是可以的，早餐中規中矩也不失小小本地特色和品種豐富，饊子、板麪、烙饃、豆花、米粉這些本地小吃也都在早餐吃到了 位置：就在雲龍湖邊，依山傍水，休閑遊好住處。打車到徐州東站不到30元，半小時車程；旁邊有弘陽廣場和商業中心，吃飯擼串喝咖啡小坐都不成問題；早上起來爬個雲龍山，或夕陽西下湖邊散個步，劃個船；到市中心老城區、户部山、蘇寧廣場也就兩公里多，打個車七八塊，交通很方便（行李不多，我從徐州東坐地鐵到蘇寧廣場邊逛邊走過來的） 配套：酒店有泳池健身房，韓餐廳，樓下就是雲龍湖畔，旁邊有商場，小吃店，走個十分鐘左右可以看看徐州美術館，或者深入居民區

禮賓很棒，告訴我怎麼停車，前台很贊，各種細緻入微，客房服務阿姨很熱情，房間必須贊，太陽從早曬到晚，坐在窗前喝茶，面朝雲龍湖，春暖花開，晚上酒店自助餐廳菜品可以的，服務也贊，醉蟹非常非常非常好吃😋早飯也可以，連住2晚，非常滿意，還要來👍

酒店房間的日落真的不錯 給我升級了房型 很好 周圍打車很方便 離着雲龍山過馬路就是西入口 感覺特別棒 但是馬桶堵了 服務人員很好的給清理了 整體入住很舒服 退房去吃了雲龍湖阿喆米線 走路特別近

酒店就坐落於雲龍湖邊，交通便利，風景優美，酒店房間很大，乾淨，一眼望去就是雲龍湖的風景，設施配套也不錯，有健身房和游泳池，前台的服務也很好，我不小心把項鍊掉房間了，打了電話馬上就幫我收好放前台了！如果到徐州，這是個值得入住的酒店

前台工作人員給我免費升級了湖景房，可以看山看水風光獨好，周邊購物便利，點外賣機器人可以送到客房很贊

設施：符合高檔酒店預期，床品舒適，泡澡🛀很棒，窗簾設計感強，晚間需注意私隱。 環境：窗外風景優美，酒店與雲龍湖景區一路之隔，門口有環湖大巴和電動遊覽車，豐儉由人方便遊玩。周圍餐廳有特色。
