Ulasan Yufuin Souan Kosumosu

I chose this ryokan for my first trip with my parents, which I paid for myself. And I think choosing this ryokan was an excellent decision. First off, all the staff members were incredibly kind. They explained every service available at the ryokan one by one, and even though my Japanese pronunciation and other things were probably lacking, they listened patiently until the end. If I asked them to repeat something, they would. They were so kind that it made me vow to be even more polite in return. While I didn't do much at the ryokan, here are a few things worth mentioning: > We did not use a room with a private hot spring bath. 1. **Hot Springs (Onsen)** The hot springs are divided into women's baths, men's baths, and family baths. You can use the family baths without a reservation; just go in. It was written that you only need to leave a sign indicating it's occupied. 2. **Adding Breakfast** You can request breakfast at check-in. They'll ask for your desired date and time (from 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 8:30 AM), explain the price, ask how many people it's for, and if there are any allergies to be careful of. Then, at your reserved time, you'll go to the designated area, and they'll guide you to the breakfast dining area. Breakfast cost 3,300 yen per person. * *After breakfast, which was a delicious kaiseki meal, they hand you a phone and tell you to call them if you want coffee and dessert.* 3. **Taxi Reservation to Yufuin Station** Since we had to go to Yufuin Station early in the morning, I asked at check-in if a taxi reservation was possible. They said they would arrange it if I just told them the desired time, and thanks to them, we had a smooth ride. This service is free of charge. * *However, you need to go to the parking lot to meet the driver and get in.* 4. **Cleaning Time** After breakfast, the staff member who guided us asked what time would be best for room cleaning. I told them my preferred time. This ryokan created so many wonderful memories that I truly believe Yufuin is only worth visiting for this place, if only you have the money and time. Its location is also excellent, right in front of Floral Village and Yuno-Tsubo Street, offering plenty to see. The walk to Yufuin Station is about 1.1km but not boring at all. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic! Completely exceeded expectations. I initially thought the price was a bit high, but after staying, I realized it was totally worth it! The private courtyard, private hot spring, overall ambiance, and service all get a perfect 100!

Very relaxing stay. The onzen is the bonus,room is big size,clean and quiet,right in the centre of town but most shop and restaurant is closed at 5pm.kirim lake just 6 minutes walking.the breakfast is superb.thank to the owner give us a lift to the train station

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the room was really spacious. I went to the hot springs a few times and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. There's so much to see and do around here, and lots of great food too – everything I tried was delicious! 😋 I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

20 minutes walk from Yufuin train station and close to Lake Kinrin. Staff were polite and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast included were made with fresh local produce. House with private air bath was comfortable and clean.

This was by far the most satisfying hot spring hotel of our trip. The location, ambiance, service, and food all deserve a perfect ten. It offers great privacy, and it's especially quiet at night, making it ideal for a family vacation.

1. Taxi to the hotel will be paid by the hotel directly. 2. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 3. Meals are awesome. 4. Ensuite outdoor Onsen is nice and convenient, but can fit 1 person only. 5.  There’s another public family Onsen that u can book too. 6.  And luggage delivery service can be arranged at a reasonable price, so that u can travel comfortably with free hands.

The environment is peaceful and serene, the room is incredibly spacious, and the staff are thoughtful and attentive. Although the hotel fee is expensive, it's definitely worth it.

Staying here for two days is definitely the best choice! The service was top. In the heart of Yufuin. Location is superb right on the main shopping street. It is close to the attractions. A very beautiful hotel, decorated in a very luxurious Japanese style. The room is spacious and clean. Our room has a private onsen, we stayed in November and there were autumns leaves floating on the onsen, making the hot spring experience incredibly romantic. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast are top notch, the ingredients chosen are seasonal and very fresh. The hotel is very well-kept, beautiful, you can feel the loving care and attention to detail in everything. The staff is wonderful, attentive and caring. A big thank you to the staff Ms.Thitiporn who takes care of our meals, she explained the special of each dish. Fantastic experience, highly recommend!

This year my wife and I went to Fukuoka for travel and celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary. We’d paid a short trip to Yufuin and stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The hotel room was very big and spacious. My wife loved it very much. The hotel provided transport from and to the railway station. The location was also very good as it’s close to the Kinrin Lake and the marketplace, just next to the Snoopy Village.

This hotel is perfectly located in Yufuin town, offering a luxurious design that's both spacious and well-thought-out, yet surprisingly quiet despite its central location. The service is incredibly professional, and the food is abundant and delicious.

The hotel service was excellent, the environment was very pleasant, and the food was great. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very comfortable, and they had a shuttle service. When we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage and even wiped it clean before bringing it to our room. The welcome refreshments were delicious. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the hot springs were fantastic.

Very convenient, the hotel offers a shuttle service. The hotel is a bit old, but the ingredients in their food are carefully selected and on the lighter side. The open-air hot spring in the room is fantastic; no need to queue for the public bath.
