After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

Perfect location to stay in Pan Pacific Yangon For me, Not the first time i had a great review for this hotel. I had been here several times as it's really the best hotel. Hotel room is cleanliness and comfy bed. And I was really enjoyed buffet breakfast, also I love to sit the bar to chill with my love one. All staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel besides really good locations. You will see a lovely Church from swimming pool and nice to relaxing. Highly recommended to all business and vacation travelers. Really awesome 👏 😎 Near by best to taste at Othentic Brasserie, Babett Yangon For shopping 🛍️ Junction City and Bogok Market

I am way, way overdue in writing this review. I had a great regular stay in the hotel, but what really stood out was when I was leaving the country. They gave me another room for free -- for a few hours to rest and take a shower after a long day, and get ready for my long, evening flight out of the country. To me, that is above and beyond.

This hotel seemed brand new. We stayed in a Junior Suite. Everything was sparkling clean, the blue velvet couches in the room looked like no one had sat on them before. Very gutsy of the designer to choose this color/material combination for couches in a hotel room. I’m afraid it’ll take one lousy guest and they won’t look as new anymore :-P Anyway, I enjoyed the elegance of the place through and through.. and for this price! You won’t find anywhere else in the world. I’d say this is Four Seasons quality, for which I’m used to paying 3-4 times more. The air-conditioning is superb. It keeps the temperature and air circulation exactly how you want it without the noise. In too many hotel rooms the AC blows on your face when you’re sleeping, not this one. You don’t see it or hear it, yet it’s chill and effective, which is exactly how you want it. The shower pressure is good, and the temperature is easy to navigate. I prefer the handheld that can be placed on a specific level on the wall, I find rain showers too wasteful, nevertheless it’s there. The toiletries are plentiful and conveniently come in pump containers. There’s shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and a soap bar. The room slippers are comfortable and pillowy, the bathrobes are light cotton fabric. Drinking water is complimentary, and provided in four 500ml glass bottles, replenished daily. There’s a small gym right by the spa, but it has all the essentials: 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, an elliptical trainer, a mat, and a dumbbell set starting at 2kg going to 20kg. I was the only one there all three times that I used it. The breakfast portion is on the smaller size. If you order the eggs Benedict it comes with 2 small eggs on white toast, and small pieces of smoked salmon. The sides include a jar of fruit salad, yogurt, and a bread basket. The cappuccino is really good. If you have a reason to visit Yangon, this is a must-stay.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for a night, I had the best experience ever. 1) I was early, reached at 0930. The hotel offered me early check in at no cost! I was shocked. Other hotels always charged even if the room is available. How generous! 2) From front desk to cashier, to restaurant and door man, everyone was all smiles and speaks good English. Genuine smiles and sincerity made me feel so welcome and at home 3) The restaurant staff was very attentive and he speaks good English too and was checking if I needed a coffee or an egg. It wasn't what he said but how he said it 4) The door man is a senior uncle..He is always greeting me with very warm smile. Last night I got back to the hotel at 8.30pn and now at 7am, he is on duty again! I must give him a tip when I depart. 5) The location is fantastic. Near to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum. There is also a yummy BBQ restaurant next door, Mr Cow. The room is decent and worth the price. If you don't need a 5-hotel, looking for budget friendly, don't mind it is a little old yet a great experience, come here. I am a very happy guest

This is a big hotel on a busy road out of the central district. It requires a train or taxi ride – or lots of walking to get to sights. The hotel does offer a once a day service to some. The room was comfortable. The shower was over the bath. Intrigued by the window that could be opened between the toilet and bedroom! The breakfast buffet had a good selection of western and asian foods but all were cold even when we were there early. The exception was the freshly made-to-order omelet but they need 2 omelet cooks to shorten the wait. Front desk staff seem disorganised - check in took ages. Wifi slow in room as well as in the lobby. Electric jug provided to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room.

HOTEL BALMI, After staying with 4 of my family in the HOTEL BALMI for 20 days, my experience in this hotel will not disappear in my life time memories. The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We strongly recommend to stay at HOTEL BALMI whatever the reason in Yangon, Myanmar.

We came down to have breakfast buffet at 7:30 and one of their main dishes - chicken is not available anymore and they wont refill it . They should have enough for everyone and it was not line we went there very late. The closing time was 10 am and arriving at 7:30 not having main dishes to eat was not acceptable. Right after that I was going to shower and there was no hot water. I waited about an hour but just no hot water 🙃. So checked out without showering to start my day 😐

這個酒店位置很好，離使館，市中心商場，附近超市大金塔，都非常方便，然後就是空間大，有廚房，出門在外，哪怕自己給自己煮個麪都是温暖的，洗衣機，樓下就是便利超市，雖然超市不大，但是所有的東西你需要的基本都有。每天衞生打掃很乾凈，行李也可以寄存，我中途去了其他地方，就把行李寄存在這裏。早上特別早的航班，還會有給你叫車的服務。樓頂有餐廳。小區裏很安全，還有其他餐廳。現在仰光下午堵車非常厲害，住在這邊省去你很多的堵車時間。

Чтобы полностью погрузиться в атмосферу Мьянмы, мы, будучи опытными туристами, спланировали маршрут по этой прекрасной стране с учетом посещения множества городов и мест. Переезд из Ньянг-У в Янгон был ночным на VIP басе. Наивно полагая что VIP автобус примерно уровня как в Ю.Корее, мы бронировали отели со стандартным заселением в 14:00. Совет путешественникам: приезжая в 5 утра на вокзал Янгона (или любой другой в Мьянме), у вас не будет настроения ”кинуть чемоданы и пойти погулять”. Потому как ночь в ледяном автобусе без сна вызывает только 1 желание - поспать в тепле, поэтому бронируйте жилье на сутки ранее. Столь длинное вступление нужно для понимания в каком состоянии мы прибыли в отель утром. В Янгоне мы оставались на сутки, этого времени вполне хватило для осмотра Шведагона. Плюсом к нашим уставшим и измученным телам был проливной ливень на улице. Пообщавшись с персоналом, мы отправились на поиски какого-то места где поесть, таких в 7 утра не оказалось. Окончательно вымокнув и собрав остатки сил, мы дошли до гипермаркета, расположенному в паре километров от отеля. По возвращению нас ожидал приятный сюрприз. Менеджер отеля, видя бедных мокрых путников, пожалел нас и заселил в 11 утра. При этом в номер категорией выше без каких либо доплат. Если бы я могла плакать от благодарности - я бы сделала это прямо там. Абсолютное счастье ощущаешь после такой безумной ночи,когда приняв душ и наевшись дошика, заваливаешься в теплую постель и засыпаешь под звуки дождя за окном. Об отеле: хорошее расположение, пешком удобно добираться до Шведагона. Для любителей экстрима - можно прокатиться на местном автобусе по городу, остановка у парка. В номере: мы брали стандарт, но оказались в делюксе. Большая удобная кровать, ТВ, 2 диванчика,столик, шкаф, кондиционер, холодильник, сейф, чайник. Интернет работает достойно. Ванная комната: туалет, раковина, отдельно ванна и душ. Есть полотенца, тапочки, халаты, мыло и прочие принадлежности. В стоимость также входил завтрак но мы уезжали рано и не ходили на него. P.S. Конечно усталость и плохая погода сделали свое дело, но клиентоориентированность в этом отеле и в Мьянме в целом поразили. Может нам везде везло, в любом случае, спасибо еще раз!
