Ulasan 11 International Youth Hostel

I booked a bed in a 4-bed dormitory, with AC. Because the room was not clean enough, i got an upgrade in a private bunked bed room, with a private bathroom. All was clean. Laundry facilities. The WiFi was good. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

Cute room with ample space to set down luggage, cosy rooftop lounge with ethnic costumes to try on. Good location at one end of the pedestrian street - quiet in the day and very lively at night! Also free washing machine and clotheslines on rooftop is a major plus!

I’ve stayed at several hostels during my trip to Yangshuo, and honestly, the experience at “11 Hostel” has been the worst. I don’t want to stay here a moment longer. First of all, the attitude of the male staff at the front desk was extremely terrible. I’m not sure if it’s a personal issue or a problem with how the hostel is managed, but when I checked in, he was constantly playing on his phone and barely acknowledged me. He was extremely impatient, and in the end, he didn’t resolve anything. If you dislike your job that much, why stay in a role where you have to interact with customers all the time? Secondly, after staying here, I woke up the next day with bites on my neck and back, clearly from bed bugs. Judging from other reviews of this place, hygiene issues aren’t new here. In conclusion, I do not recommend staying here, and I definitely won’t be returning. 这次来阳朔把几个青旅都住了一次，平心而论，这家“11国际青年旅舍”的入住体验是最糟糕的。所以一刻都不想多待。 首先，前台的男性工作人员态度非常差，不知道是个人原因还是青旅管理有问题。刚check in的时候就一直在玩手机爱答不理，有问题需要解决叫是叫不动的，推脱说“他要吃饭”，态度极其不耐烦，到最后也没处理。 如果真的不喜欢这份工作，为什么还要待在这个地方呢，尤其又是需要大量面对顾客的岗位。 其次，在这家青旅住过之后第二天脖子上和背上就出现了被床螨咬过的伤口，结合这家青旅其他人的评价来看，卫生问题想必不是第一次出现。 综上，不推荐入住，并且不会再来。

The Room was Perfect. Clean Big, enough Space. The Toilette was really nice, enough Space and was clean. You Even got a Tv in your Room and the bed is enough Space. I Shared the Room With a friend so it was a 2 man Room. Also they have a nice rooftop Where you can sit and enjoy the view. Only one thing could be better, free water for the Guests. Would recommend solid Hostel.

Location is perfect and they have a rooftop from which you can see stunning view. The Hostel is not offering any service usually done by hostels, no tour booking no information available at the desk. The building is old and the pictures they use are at least dated 8 years ago. No cleaning room service or towel change. No free coffe or tea. Considering the price you better spend 100 Y more and go to an hotel with cleaning, coffe, services.

Location could not be better and the super tall and quiet rooftop bar is amazing

This is the best choice I have made to stay here! The host is the best and kind, they allow you to check in earlier subject to availability. They even upgrade my room without any charges! They have the best hospitality ever! and I my room have the best view. It's really near to west street! This place have rooftop where you can view the nature from the rooftop. Btw, to find this place you need to enter the hallway beside the souvenir shop.

Perfect location right in the centre of Yangshuo. Not really any social atmosphere when I visited but it was comfortable and very reasonably priced. Receptionist was also friendly and helpful.

Amazing location just a few steps away from the pedestrian walking street & all the action. But it's tucked away in a narrow alley so it's quiet. The rooftop view is incredible since it's one of the highest buildings in town. It's a 15 minute walk from the pier where your boat lands. Good hot shower. Wi-Fi is decent. Nice ground floor lounge area. Manager is very helpful and friendly. Use WeChat to translate conversations with him. I would stay here again and again!

Right location, near Li River. Beautiful Li River, a stroll along it is wonderful. Steps to West Pedestrian. Many nice store and eatery. Enjoy a cup of coffee in Starbuck. Or a meal in Macdonald.

A nice hostel with a good loca just at the end of West Street. The rooftop is also wonderful where you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding hills.

Even though its advertised as "international hostel" they dont speak english. Supposed to have lot of activities in the area (bike rent, caves, boats, climbing) but give no information at all, this is very poor for a youth hostel. Room is decent but expensive for this price. Good location next to main street and river, and good views from the rooftop.

Nice hostel located just off West Street. They had a washing machine and area to hang clothes to dry. Rooftop area is also nice
