This is a fantastic new hotel perfect for working or relaxing . The lobby has a nice seating area with tables and free coffee and tea. The guest rooms are on higher floors so there is a long elevator ride and sometimes a wait but the views would be great in nice weather. My room was a sea view but the weather didn’t cooperate. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and kettle in the room with a super comfortable bed and a small sofa. The breakfast had a lot of nice western and Chinese options with a chef preparing noodles and eggs. The staff was friendly and spoke English and there was English news on the tv. The only minus is there are not a lot of shops and restaurants immediately nearby. There is a small supermarket in the same building but that’s about it for a block or so. There are convenient bus stops right outside the hotel so getting around is easy or a quick taxi or car ride to anything you need at the shopping malls. You could walk if the weathers is nice. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay again next time.

酒店位置方便，出門就是金海岸花園公交站，17路和61路公交特別方便，很多景點都能到。離養馬島、煙大海水浴場（日出日落）、漁人碼頭（特別適合晚上散步）都比較近。 酒店本身衞生條件還行，設施比較智能，煙台夜生活結束得比較早，晚上特別適合在酒店在電影（有投影有幕布，還有騰訊會員隨便看）。服務人員也很熱心，一個人住很安全很放心。總之，性價比很高，住煙大附近的可以選這裏！

我們2大帶2小住的雙卧套房，都是1米8的大床。房間很大，提前預訂便宜不少，入住有歡迎水果，尤其蘋果很好吃！晚上空調聲音有點響，我睡覺輕，這點對於我來説不能給太多好評。 整體設施很新，衞生也不錯，前台服務員很熱情，外賣有機器人送，孩子覺得新奇好玩。 暑假期間入住的人多，但是整體秩序挺好的 距離天越灣水域不遠，附近街道就有電動自行車，掃碼就能騎，海水還算比較藍，景區沒有亂收費情況，山東人很實在，距離煙台自然博物館也不遠，電車騎行6-8分鐘就到，免預約，中午去參觀感覺很棒！ 附近吃飯的地方不多，也要電車騎行，差不多幾分鐘就有飯店了，每家都好吃，推薦天健酒店，不踩雷好吃（不是託，孩子大人都喜歡吃） 酒店早餐不算特別豐盛，但該有的中西餐，麪食水果飲料咖啡都有，能滿足我們4個挑剔人的胃 一樓有烘乾機免費使用 一樓還有個水悦湯泉，可以泡泡澡搓搓澡，二樓大廳休息汗蒸，晚上10點多出來直接回酒店睡覺超級方便
