During my recent stay at the hotel I was thoroughly impressed by the entertainment groups exceptional performances and activities from vibrant musical performances to engaging dance shows they consistently delivered top-notch entertainment for guests of all ages The diverse range of activities catered to various interests ensuring there was something enjoyable for everyone whether it was participating in interactive games by the poolside or enjoying live music in the evenings the entertainment groups energy and enthusiasm were contagious their professionalism and talent truly elevated the overall guest experience leaving a lasting impression i highly commend the hotels entertainment group for their outstanding efforts in creating unforgettable moments for all guests ❤️

the animation team are amazing, almost like you feel as one big family, we had football matches on the beautiful beach, an amazing DJ (AZIZ) and entertainment. the service is great whatever you need you are provided, hotel rooms are lovely, Noonoo the animation director made everyone feel so welcome and always made us laugh. scooby doo also part of animation crew is so kind and funny always helps with whatever you need also a greatttt dancer aswell as the rest of the team, food is average different everyday but could have more of a variety, the waiters and restaurant team are lovely and are always there to go above and beyond so your satisfied, an all round lovely hotel definitely coming back, miss it already

The only thing i like about this hotel is the animation team , they are so kind. The rooms are dirty , even the cleaning staff is mean like all the rest . The manager is horrible . I can't imagine someone having a good time here . Never in my life again !

I recently stayed at Nesrine Hotel it was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating especially the lady LYNDA , ensuring a warm welcome and swift check-in. One aspect that stood out was the hotel's convenient location, close to popular attractions and public transportation. This made exploring the city incredibly easy.

This is about Savaya beach only . Free entrance, a la carte service . The staff were amazing , excellent service and the food was so tasty 😋 The location of the beach is better than The Sindbad . Clean white sands , comfortable chaise longues and friendly staff .

The stay was a good experience overall just a couple of little bits that i would of liked to know before going, it is well worth upgrading to full board with drinks included as the extra costs isn't much but soon adds up if there's more than 1 of you and there are not many English people who stay otherwise i couldn't falt the staff or place itself

I had a wonderful stay at the Nesrine Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the on-site restaurant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The checking in and the checking out process was terrible, had to ask to move room as the first one condition was terrible smell of dump ,ants every where, smell off sewage all round the hotel.the food quality at breakfast and dinner is the worst i have ever seen, tasteless an 8 years old can cook better than that. On the weekends they're prioritising locals people who uses the pool and beach and no one cares about the hotel's guests. I work in the tourism industry for 20years now and it's very sad to see this happening in this lovely place it's obvious that there is no care form the owner/management at all and the property in desperately needs off renovation

For me this is the worst hotel and it should be shut down immediately..reception staff are surly and can't talk to customers..a bedsheets full of bugs ＜see pics＞. The air conditioning does not work. The food is quite good
