Hotel berhampiran Matenadaran - The Museum of Ancient Manuscripts, Yerevan

The first good impression came from the reception with their helpful and professional approach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel didn’t save on coffee/tea bar. The location is great with a nice view to Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church.

Обычно я не делюсь негативом по отелям в отзывах - с кем не бывает. Но учитывая общий рейтинг, который как я вижу, не упал за это время, решила написать о своем опыте и предупредить будущих гостей. К сожалению, это было самый отвратительный отель в моей жизни. обо всем по порядку: 1) влажное постельное белье 2) долго не заселяли хотя были свободные номера - ну, да ладно 3) постель застилали уже при мне 4) старая побитая (буквально) мебель - но это еще ладно 5) заселялась я в январе, на пару дней, и у меня не работало отопление - было очень холодно 6) в комнате (последний этаж) плохо ловил интернет - надо было искать точку куда он добивает 7) в ванной отвалился под весом полотенца держатель полотенца 8) кран в душе прикручен через одно место: регулятор воды - он упирается в шланг от душа - вода не может нормально идти, т.к есть ограничение 9) есть кондей, но он не работал 10) в отеле шел ремонт на первом этаже 11) лифта нет, мне действительно, помогли донести вещи - большое за это спасибо. Но когда пришло время нести их вниз, товарищ долго возмущался что чемодана 2. Из плюсов 1) локация 2) в целом приветливый персонал Общий вывод: тогда за ту же цену можно было снять другие варианты в центре, если бы не отзывы на букинге. Вроде как не две звезды за 3 копейки - во всяком случае на момент моей брони. Но таких впечатлений я не получала даже в 2* отеле. Однозначно не рекомендую. Судя по написанному, есть ощущение что отзывы накрутили: не смотря на кучу минусов перечисленных в отзывах на том же букинге, оценку все равно ставят довольно высокую. Очень жаль, что я не сделала фотографии чтобы прикрепить к отзыву

Super hotel très récent situé idéalement au centre de Yerevan. Tout est accessible à pied très rapidement, la place de la République ou bien l'avenue du Nord piétonne et touristique. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, la literie est de qualité, et la douche puissante et excellente. Tout est fourni pour la toilettes, ainsi qu'une théière avec café et thé renouvelé chaque jour, ainsi que de l'eau minérale. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme buffet, c'est très abondant, il y a vraiment tout ce que l'on peut désirer, les oeufs sont cuits à la demande, tout est très frais et très bon. Sans aucune restriction, le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement aimable, que ce soit au restaurant ou bien le personnel d'entretien, mais mention spéciale aux jeunes filles de la réception qui se mettent en quatre pour satisfaire vos demandes et jours avec le sourire. Le rapport qualité-prix est extrêmement correct. C'est une excellente adresse à recommander pour un séjour à Erevan, personnellement, j'y reviendrai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

У нас был поздний заезд (около. 00:00), нас дождались, в номере всё было убрано, чисто, по два полотенца на человека, кондиционер включен. Постельное, полотенца- всё идеально чистое и выглаженное👍🏻 Кровать удобная, спалось хорошо. Хозяева приветливые и ненавязчивые. До центра добирались на такси- здесь это совсем недорого (150-209₽). Мы остались довольны

Отличный хостел в центре. Доброжелательный персонал. Распечатали посадочный. Завтрак - шведский стол, выше всяких похвал. Можно выпить чай, кофе в течение дня. Есть вода питьевая. В общих комнатах есть занавески на двухярусных кроватях. Чистота в общих зонах. На кухне можно приготовить/разогреть свою еду.

和女兒一起，安排的房間是一張大床，帶陽台，這個酒店有洗漱用品，每天打掃衞生，熱水足，有浴袍，每天更換浴巾毛巾，每天2瓶水，早餐時，餐廳也有瓶裝水，免費拿，這點比宜必思好，宜必思每天就衹有2瓶。早餐也很好，品類豐富，果汁，咖啡，酸奶，湯，雞蛋等等都有，都很好吃。 前台人員很熱情，樂於助人，是一次愉快的入住體驗。

Мы остановились в отеле буквально на пол дня. Приехали чуть раньше и попросили нас заселить не в 14, в 13,30, если есть такая возможность. Нам отказали , обосновав это тем, что заселение в 14. В общем, нас оставили в ждать в лобби , а наши чемоданы отнесли в номер. Хотелось бы всё-таки более гибкий подход к клиентам , тем более, что такая возможность была , судя по тому , что пребывание наших чемоданов в номере оказалось в приоритете )) А в целом Отель очень чистый, персонал приветливый.

Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!
