We were staying two nights in the hotel. The room was clean, they have conditioner and fridge, also all shower facilities. Corridors and rooms are decorated with very beautiful paintings. The breakfast was also find ( for the first time see chicken drumsticks for breakfast though))) 6 km to the airport and 10 min by taxi, it can be provided by the hotel for 10 euro. Disadvantage that it's close to the highway. Breakfast is from 9 to 10 am. We were going earlier so apparently no breakfast. The ventilator is so loud in the room that I could not sleep, it feels like engine is working next to you ( and no it's not a conditioner, it's just ventilating mechanism).

First of all, we were told to pay for the entrance of a 10 months old baby to the pool, although everywhere, even in very high-class places, the entrance of children under 3 years old is free. After I showed my own inflatable little pool, where my baby was supposed to swim, the hotel administrator did us a ”favor”, saying that if the child does not take a place in the common pool with his own inflatable ring, then we can skip pay for him THIS TIME. As for the pool itself. I can’t say that this place is worth the money for the entrance, as it looks not very nice and clear. The sun loungers under the roof were all in use by the time we arrived, and we had to move the other sun loungers under the roof and sit on the edge of the seating area, from where, if we sat down carelessly, we could fall down the stairs. And finally a cafe. The food here is completely tasteless. The pizza seems to be cooked on Armenian bread “matnakash” with impossibly hot pepper. French fries are limp and bend like spaghetti. So also in the end they counted more than we ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place’s pool.

Приехали сюда в новогодние праздники, 6 взрослых и 2-е детей. Сначала было очень холодно в номерах, как в холодильнике, отель, видимо, не отапливали, тк не ожидали похолодания. Но потом проблема решилась, по температуре было комфортно, даже спали с открытой форточкой. Номер не большой, комфортный, всё нужное есть- утюг, доска, банные средства, халаты и тапки, холодильник, тряпочка для обуви, весы даже есть. Чего нет, так это шкафов, стоит именно сервант в него и распихивали вещи, раскладывали на стулья, на кресло. Нет крючков доя верхней одежды, из неё в коридоре на тумбе был целый склад. Советую повесить крючки для удобства, это не дорого)) персонал в отеле приветливый, есть бассейн и сауна, фитнесс-зал. Но самое лучшее здесь - это завтрак! Столько всего! И местные продукты, с местной зеленью стоит целая корзина, местные сыры!!! Расположение отеля очень удобное.

Great hotel, we were a group of 7 and stayed for a week, buffet breakfast with a lot of verities, the staff were very friendly and communicative, they even helped us change rooms to get a higher floor with a city view even though they were almost fully booked, highly recommended for its value if you are planning to stay in yerevan, the only downside which is a personal thing was that the garden in the park would open at 1000 am until 1100 pm and sometimes I would prefer to have a cup of coffee outside in the morning and that was not possible

С 16.11.2021 по 20.11.2021 устроили себе подарок на День рождения с поездкой в город Ереван! Долго подбирали отель и остановились на «Boulevard». Главным критерием в подборке отеля было – расположение отеля в центре города и наличие завтрака. Так получилось, что прибыли в Ереван в день в день встречи дня рождения. На такси добрались до отеля и с первых минут были удивлены теплой встречи его персонала. Нам открыли двери, поздоровались и вежливо сопроводили до стойки регистрации, где уже нас ждали ключи от нашего номера. Вся процедура регистрации заняла меньше минуты. Сотрудник отеля самостоятельно поднял наш багаж в номер и подробно рассказал, что, где и как …. Номер нас встретил свежестью и чистотой, уютной обстановкой, наличием всех необходимых принадлежностей для проживания. Сегодня, редко увидишь в номере наличие халатов, тапочек, одноразовых зубных щеток и прочих гигиенических принадлежностей, не говоря уже о трех видах белоснежных полотенец. «Вишенкой на торте» - нас удивило, когда в номер принести комплимент от местного бара – нарезку фруктов и пару бокалов знаменитого Армянского вина «KARAS», но это скорей всего в честь дня рождения. Отель расположен в центральной части города с прекрасным видом на пешеходный бульвар в дали от центральной проезжей части, что позволило отдыхать с открытым окном, не слыша шума бурного движения машин. Наличие в номере балкона, скрасило вечерние часы за чашкой чая на свежем воздухе. Завтрак! Шведский стол нас поразил большим ассортиментом мясных и овощных нарезок, горячего 4-х видов, каш, 100% соков, йогуртов, пирожных, фруктов про чай и натуральный зерновой кофе даже и писать не стоит. Наедались, как говорят от «Пуза» и бежали в город смотреть местные достопримечательности, расположение которых оказались в пешей доступности. Наличие при отеле «Boulevard» бара-ресторана порадовал нас богатым меню вкусной еды, большим ассортиментом напитков, мастерством, добротой и любовью к своей работе бармена Арэн. Отдельное СПАСИБО хочется выразить хозяину отеля Эрику Григорян за подбор столь ответственного, чуткого и отзывчивого персонала, обеспечивающих – уют, атмосферу и безопасность. В итоге, наша поездка в Армению, в Ереван оставила массу приятных впечатлений, незабываемых эмоций и воспоминаний. Рекомендуем отель и Ереван.

Lovely perfect hotel in really great location in the center of Yerevan that made it easy to walk to the top city attractions, shops and restaurants,.. .the room was very spacious, the service and cleanliness of the room were excellent and cleaning was done daily. the breakfast was almost like a brunch, had an amazing variety of foods and fruits as well. last but not least is the lovely staff at the hotel who were really welcoming and helpful and incredibly friendly specially Ms. Ella who goes far above to help🙏. she is so nice, not Iranian but speaks Persian very good and it makes it easier for Iranian people to stay in this hotel. finally I have to say It is an excellent, high quality hotel and we would definitely stay there again! and highly recommend it to others.
