Отель цепочечный и имидж сетевого отеля поддерживают. Попросила заранее поставить кровать для ребенка и высокий этаж, все сделали без доплат. Завтрак стандартный, только странно что за доплату жарят омлет. Интересно вернуться летом и посмотреть зону с бассейном.

Wouldn’t rush back Would have expected more for a 5 star hotel ! We booked a suite which lived upto expectations However …. My main complaint…..was we arrived at approx 2-30 pm and completed credit card check and forms to fill and passport checks all done within a few minutes ,we were ready to get to our room ,but ….no …..check in ..we were told was 3 pm ,the girl said it’s too early yet …. We had to hang about the lobby till 2-58 Not impressed… Then the fight to get an elevator So there are only 2 and the cleaning and maintenance staff use them up and down to -3 it seems where they work from ,we were level 6 so ,there was just about every time a wait and share the elevator with cleaning staff (Remember this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel !) Generally good room apart from getting bitten by mosquitoes in our first night ,clean and well prepared. Second night there was some sort of party going on in room close by at approximately 3am Had to call reception and ask if security could sort this out ,think they did as noise went and eventually we could get back to sleep

Отель расположен в тихом месте, хотя и недалеко от центральной площади. Номеров не так много, потому очень уютно. В номере чисто, все работало. Уборка добросовестная, воды хватало. Завтра очень достойный, соки и фрукты есть, выпечка всегда разная и очень вкусная. Особенно улыбнуло четыре или пять видов чурчхелы ) Вечером пару раз пользовались бассейном. Отдельная благодарность девочкам с ресепшн за помощь с решением личных вопросов с получением документов в госорганах РА. Никогда не думал, что сотрудники обычного (получается, что необычного) отеля могут обеспечить такой troubleshooting. Чтобы мы без вас делали? Спасибо еще раз за поддержку. Менеджер отеля может гордиться таким персоналом. Сервис и гостеприимство – вовсе не рекламный лозунг в вашем предприятии. Где в следующий раз остановиться в Ереване? Зачем что-то искать, если существует Central Hotel..)

Nicely located near the center of the city which is a 10 minute walk to the Republic Square through a main street. The last time I visited Yerevan I stayed in another famous 4 star hotel but in comparison Ani Central is much better in many ways. The receptionists and staff are awesome and friendly. Mary which I believe is the Head of the reception is the best, she is really kind and caring and speaks English fluently. The breakfast was good, tasty and changed every day. The rooms are decent and clean. There is a Carrefour branch and further up a City store between the hotel and Republic Squre where you can buy everything you need from. I really enjoyed my stay there and it will be my definite choice for my next trip.

During my recent visit to Yerevan just before the New Year Eve of 2023, I had the opportunity to stay at Ani Plaza Hotel. Here's an honest review of my experience: 1. Reasonably Large Triple Rooms 2. Outdated Decorations 3. The elevators at Ani Plaza Hotel are noticeably small. This can be inconvenient, particularly during peak times when guests with luggage or larger groups are trying to use them. 4. A significant drawback of my stay was the absence of housekeeping services. This meant that our rooms were not cleaned, and we did not receive fresh towels during our stay. 5. When we approached the reception counter to request towels due to the lack of housekeeping, the staff member was unhelpful. Instead of assisting us, they simply directed us to call room service from our room.

Замечательный отель, недалеко от Площади Республики. В пешей доступности всё достопримечательности центра Еревана , магазины, рестораны. Отель очень приятный, аутентичное старое здание Еревана. Отличные номера и сервис. Бар, ресторан, небольшой бассейн. Завтрак довольно разнообразный. Из минусов : недостаточное освещение для бритья в ванной( но это дело привычки просто) .

I had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay here and if you’re looking for a hotel with great service, perfect location and classic luxury then you’ll enjoy staying here. The staff arranged a very effective airport transfer for me and checking in was a welcoming and delightful experience, with the staff throughout the hotel speaking great English. Despite my very early arrival I was grateful they were able to find me a room, helped I assume by the fact the hotel seemed very quiet throughout my visit. There’s two lifts serving the accommodation floors, which are painfully slow, but the glass design overlooking the bar area detract from this, and the ‘day of the week’ carpet changed daily is a luxury touch you don’t often see anymore. My room was on the top floor and a standard category. It was a luxury feeling room and I really liked the clean decor. All the amenities you could imagine were present and it would be really comfortable even for an extended stay. Electric sockets were at both sides of the bed, plenty of lighting options and effective air conditioning which wasn’t too loud. It was also possible to open the window. There was a fully stocked mini bar as well as complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was small with a shower rather than bath, but it was perfectly clean and again had all the small touches you’d want from a top end hotel. Housekeeping proactively checked the do not disturb sign during the day and did a great job even late into the afternoon, although on one occasion the water bottles weren’t restocked. The lounge and bar area on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable, but best of all is open 24 hours a day. They offer food and a wide range of drinks, with the friendly staff able to make recommendations and engaging in good conversation. It was never very busy during my stay but it was still a pleasant place to relax late in the evening and a perfect spot to catch up with some work. I found the location ideal, just a few steps from some key sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. With the hotel reception able to offer advice or arrange any form of transport there’s no need to feel cut off! There’s quite a bit of art to admire throughout the hotel and small displays on each floor, including a shoe polishing machine outside the lift which is a good touch. Checking out in the very early hours was a seamless experience and next time I’m in the city I’ll certainly be staying here again!

В целом неплохо, но очень тесный номер, мне кажется 20 м это побольше. Особенно сложно в ванной с учётом того, что все двери открываются вовнутрь. В бассейне нет никого из персонала, в сауне температура 55-60 градусов, что расстроило. В целом с учётом цены на данном сайте я довольна, а так отель конечно переоценен. Мы не брали завтрак, но зашли посмотреть. Вроде и все есть, но выбор скромный. Завтракали рядом в заведениях. Если будет адекватная цена, еще вернемся из-за расположения

I booked this hotel for a business trip. Overall, it was a beautiful and clean place, and my fellow travelers really enjoyed it.

Отель не в центре, но легко доехать на автобусе 26 или Яндекс такси за 150-200 рублей (оплата в приложении любой картой). Номер большой, новый, чистый. Всё есть. Не хватает только локального освещения для уюта, и вид из окна на свалку. Очень понравился завтрак. Бассейн ещё не достроен (на фото).
