Hotel berhampiran Statue of Alexander Griboedov, Yerevan

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Обычно я не делюсь негативом по отелям в отзывах - с кем не бывает. Но учитывая общий рейтинг, который как я вижу, не упал за это время, решила написать о своем опыте и предупредить будущих гостей. К сожалению, это было самый отвратительный отель в моей жизни. обо всем по порядку: 1) влажное постельное белье 2) долго не заселяли хотя были свободные номера - ну, да ладно 3) постель застилали уже при мне 4) старая побитая (буквально) мебель - но это еще ладно 5) заселялась я в январе, на пару дней, и у меня не работало отопление - было очень холодно 6) в комнате (последний этаж) плохо ловил интернет - надо было искать точку куда он добивает 7) в ванной отвалился под весом полотенца держатель полотенца 8) кран в душе прикручен через одно место: регулятор воды - он упирается в шланг от душа - вода не может нормально идти, т.к есть ограничение 9) есть кондей, но он не работал 10) в отеле шел ремонт на первом этаже 11) лифта нет, мне действительно, помогли донести вещи - большое за это спасибо. Но когда пришло время нести их вниз, товарищ долго возмущался что чемодана 2. Из плюсов 1) локация 2) в целом приветливый персонал Общий вывод: тогда за ту же цену можно было снять другие варианты в центре, если бы не отзывы на букинге. Вроде как не две звезды за 3 копейки - во всяком случае на момент моей брони. Но таких впечатлений я не получала даже в 2* отеле. Однозначно не рекомендую. Судя по написанному, есть ощущение что отзывы накрутили: не смотря на кучу минусов перечисленных в отзывах на том же букинге, оценку все равно ставят довольно высокую. After four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Хороший отель. Расположение не очень удобное, находиться на горе, рядом нет никаких магазинов. Номер уютный, чистый, но очень тонкие стены, и высокая слышимость. На наш взгляд слишком жесткий матрас. Спа, бассейн один из лучших на нашей памяти, бассейн осень теплый и приятный.

和女兒一起，安排的房間是一張大床，帶陽台，這個酒店有洗漱用品，每天打掃衞生，熱水足，有浴袍，每天更換浴巾毛巾，每天2瓶水，早餐時，餐廳也有瓶裝水，免費拿，這點比宜必思好，宜必思每天就衹有2瓶。早餐也很好，品類豐富，果汁，咖啡，酸奶，湯，雞蛋等等都有，都很好吃。 前台人員很熱情，樂於助人，是一次愉快的入住體驗。

Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!

Повторно бронировали этот отель. Все нравится. Близко от аэропорта, чисто, тихо, кондиционер. Достопримечательности рядом. Посмотрели армянские венчание и крещение в храме Св Гаяне. Если пересадка в Ереване и надо где то переночевать, это идеальный вариант, на такси от аэропорта или обратно -300р. По вечерам много работающих кафе рядом с отелем. Бассейн не застали, но это тоже явный плюс.
