旅館內的服務人員，沒其他評論說的都是老人，還是有一位青年女性在櫃檯服務。交誼廳有很多大叔/阿伯在那裡聊天，有如在自家客廳般的自然。
店員熱情的招呼，有年份的設施，寬大、免費的停車場，走幾步就可到達熱區，真的是推薦給預算不高的小資族！
B1有公共溫泉池可以使用，早一點到會有包場的感覺。溫泉池通風良好（沒有窗戶），小孩可帶海灘球入場玩，部分池內的按摩水柱設備仍可使用，角落有蜘蛛網營造自然生態風格。
要先到櫃檯報到，取得房卡鑰匙，才會告訴你停車場的位置，讓停車場的大哥看房卡鑰匙的飯店名稱，就可以停兩側的停車格哦！
下次去礁溪玩，這飯店仍是我心中的首選！

房間和圖片一模一樣，很乾凈，有很大的温泉池，足夠一家人一起泡，逛完回家能夠泡湯真是超棒的。泡湯池外有個陽台，夜景景色超棒的!房間地點也很好，在湯圍溝公園的旁邊，出去幾步路就到了。而且附近很多吃的，離奕順軒也超近的。房主提供足夠的生活用品和水，使用超方便。有電梯很方便帶娃娃車的和大型行李。下次有機會還會再考慮這家的。👍

The location is nearby the city centre. Before our arrival, the manager kindly reminded us by message and call. Once approached, just give her a call and feel relaxed. The manager gave a wonderful room tour and informed us well. The info and reminders in the living room also reflect the kindness of the local. Some impressions of the room. Firstly, the room has a duplex apartment, each with ta duo bed. Secondly the hot-spring is mild; the bath facility is wonderful; especially, the floor is stone material, not only with good anti-slippery but also creating a natural environment. We got a nice hot spring bath experience. Thirdly, the theme of the room is Crayon Shin-chan, which happens to be one of my favourite Japanese cartoons. Fourthly, the air con is comfortable. Last but not least, it is with a Dyson hair dryer!
It is a trip escaping from the urban. Thanks for providing a fantastic night stay, like a home from home.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is great and new in good condition. The hotel room is spacious, shower area and the hotspring tub are big. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great amenities, free mini bar, good locations with shops, convenience store and small local restaurants around the hotel. There is a game room, kids and adults enjoyed. Great service with good mannar. Breakfast are delicious, good Value will definitely come back.

四人房一萬三的房價早餐廉價到不行，吐司比一大條40元的全聯吐司還難吃乾！連個煎荷包蛋都沒有！
房間位於二樓排水管排水聲響大聲到不行，半夜睡不著，服務人員只說過了12點可能因沒有人洗澡就沒聲，但半夜還是有。有提供兩個解決方法，ㄧ是請我們自備耳塞，二是12點後還有的話，可再幫我們換房，但房間已經全滿…
頂樓裸湯開放時間15:00-22:00太短，至少希望早上能開放泡湯。

BBenjo8We stay at this hotel regularly because it’s peaceful, clean and the hot spring is a strong sulphur type . They kindly upgraded us on check in . Dinner was so so, as not much choice , but breakfast was pretty good in terms of choice . We requested a late check out because our infant naps between 11am and 12pm which they kindly gave us. However, they called us up in the room during this time , when we specifically said our infant was sleeping and woke her up . I ended up with a good stay but a grumpy baby !
We stayed in room 811 which had two good size double beds which was great with a little one .
However will stay come again !

-Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location
-unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings.
-food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way.
-Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

PPengguna TetamuYu Peng Villa was our first and BEST accommodation on this Yilan-Taroko-SML-Alishan road trip. We arrived much later than expected and were relieved that our message to Trip.com got through to the guesthouse. When we drove up to the place (an easy find with GPS), a member of the staff walked up to our car and guided us to the drop off point.
I love the designer vibes of the property which is well maintained with a sizeable garden and plenty of flowers in bloom. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers worked and there was hot water. The western-style breakfast was generous in portion and delicious.
Best of all was the hospitality extended to us. It was the only place where we felt truly welcomed on this 8-day trip. The staff here chatted with us, gave advice on places of interest and sent us off with fruit from the orchard. After the great experience here, all the other places we stayed at pale drastically in comparison.
If you're planning to visit the Kavalan Distillery, this place is a great stayover option! Truly a slice of paradise.

PPengguna Tetamu乾淨衛生，環境舒適，房間內有溫泉，服務態度很好，雖然硬體比較老舊，床墊超級硬猶如睡在木板上一點彈力都沒有整夜難眠，結果隔壁空房去觸碰是軟床…..😑😑😑，房間木門隔音不OK，Wifi不給力邊間房間連不上，但以這個價位來說CP值蠻高的。住宿有免費提供下午茶、宵夜、早餐。

PPizza-boyI recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight was definitely the playful slide right in our bedroom—what a fun and unexpected touch! The kids had a blast and made our stay feel even more special.
Outside, the play pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We enjoyed splashing around and lounging in the sun. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, making it an ideal place to kick back after a day of exploring.
One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious ********* food served at the B&B. Each meal was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic dishes that satisfied our cravings. I highly recommend trying their rice rolls and congee —they were simply delightful!
Overall, this bed and breakfast offers a wonderful blend of fun activities and fantastic food. Whether you're visiting with family or looking for a unique getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back for more sliding and savoring!

JJindongPleasantly surprised and impressed by the hotel's architectural design and the vast lawn in front of the hotel.
However, with only one receptionist handling the check-in, the process was unbearably slow and took a long time to complete.
Fortunately, when we finally went into our room, we once again were blown away by the spacious room configuration. There were two large beds against the wall, and L-shape sofa couches, with plenty of bay windows surrounding the magnificent room. The bathroom was okay, no Toto. But that’s fine. The gigantic hot spring circling tub was large enough to fit at least four adults. It is equipped with a whirlpool! And there’s a big glass shower room, of course.
The bedding was very comfortable. There are also typical tea and coffee bags with four water bottles and a small fridge. All the expected amenities were provided in the lovely hotel.
Although there are paid afternoon tea facilities at a reasonable price, it didn’t offer to dine for the evening. But I guess it’s understandable since there’re plenty of great restaurants in the JiouSi and Yilan areas.
The breakfast was so so lovely. We’re up late. But the staff did remind us to pick up as much food as we needed before they put them away.
Overall, it’s much better than we expected. We initially thought it might be tacky and exaggerated in its deco. We found this 5-year-old hotel used suitable materials to compose its content. So we liked it and enjoyed it very much. We will come again with our friends. We highly recommend it!

日日本旅遊中毒Kenaikan harga 440 yuan setiap orang untuk makan malam, bahan-bahannya biasa-biasa saja, rahang ikan tidak dimasak, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan dimaklumkan bahawa tiada tindak balas permintaan maaf dan diam-diam hanyut~ Bilik itu cantik, tetapi tiada pemandangan ~ Pemandangan yang hodoh, dan langsir akan dibuka oleh orang yang berjalan di lereng bukit Memandang ke bawah, kalau hiker pakai skirt pun boleh nampak dari bawah, memang bahaya ⚠️ . Selepas keluar, kakitangan perkhidmatan menghubungi untuk memaklumkan invois bahawa fon huruf besar adalah salah. Sila hantar semula invois dan maklumkan kepada mereka bahawa invois telah didermakan ke kotak derma sebelum menutup telefon.
