酒店在文化城入口處，交通非常便捷，環境非常優美，酒店乾淨整潔。最重要的服務非常好，為客人所思所想，根據客人的需求免費升級了房間並及時解決入住中發生種種問題，我們因堵車耽誤了退房時間，為我們延後退房，得知我們趕飛機沒時間吃飯，為我們提供了下午茶，並幫我們拿行李送上車。酒店人性化的管理給客人賓至如歸的温暖。

Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

酒店非常的正規，大廳非常的氣派，我們訂的是湖景房，還給我們升級了套房，有一個很大的陽台，晾衣服以及喝茶都非常的方便，會客廳裏還有電腦，還有小朋友的拖鞋和洗漱用具，每天還會贈送當地的酸奶，非常好喝。從房間往外看，湖景非常的漂亮。

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

完美。 國內旅行這麼長時間，住了很多大牌5星級酒店，但西府井是我們最喜歡的。 酒店整體非常非常乾淨。房間很大，設施非常齊全，像家一樣。工作人員非常熱情（同時不會過度熱情），中餐廳的食物也很美味。 如果下次再去銀川，我們一定會再次選擇這兒！非常感謝西府井工作人員的熱情招待（⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎） 服務：滿分。 衞生：滿分。 環境：滿分。 設施：滿分。 入住首晚歡迎水果: 很好！ 甜蜜時光套餐: 很好！

Really good and clean room which is always appreciated. The staff didn’t speak english but we were able to communicate with a translator. They were helpful and always on a good mood. It is really close to the south bus station. Some good restaurants nearby.

因為銀川非常非常意料之外的大暴雨，航班被取消，機場非常混亂，等了一個多小時行李後到酒店已經1點了。 很沮喪很無語，大包小包的，拿不上來，幸好幫我辦入住的小菇涼好像是叫李什麼（小李）幫忙説我幫你送你上去，然後她拖着推車一路幫我送上來，而且陪我聊天安撫我的鬱悶☹️ 因為很晚到，早上和酒店協商能不能晚點退房，實在是身體不舒服，頭昏腦脹（中年婦女體力不好tot），到前台問了下，前台程程菇涼聽了我的情況，立刻説沒事，讓我先上去休息。check out的時候問我怎麼樣，休息的還好嗎，能把每一位顧客記住，挺不容易的。 還有幫我打包紙箱的禮賓部小夥子，主動搬起來箱子我來打包，我理解他是覺得抱箱子重讓他來，我來撕膠帶，很細心，不知道你叫什麼名字，但感謝。 還有一位感謝，就是來這裏送快遞的郵遞員大叔，中國郵政的，看我要做個拎手的，二話不説，我幫你搞，誇誇誇一下子就做好了！真是個熱心人！ 總之，雖然銀川之行被一場大暴雨搞得航班飛不了，等了三四個小時，但依然被其他的人、事、景色治癒。沒拍酒店照片，發幾張旅照吧。

房間裝修比較久，周圍餐飲不多，這是弱項。但酒店自己有餐飲，可以送餐到房間，很方便。 位置從一定意義上講及其優越！緊鄰人民廣場，博物館，圖書館，科技館，歌劇院等，徒步即可到達。 前台服務規範，並送了禮物。 周圍不吵鬧，房間隔音好，還是涉外飯店，遇到了不少外國人！ 結論：選擇性推薦！

Everything is good! Very professional. Everyone can speak English so good for foreigners. The room is huge and beautiful. Looks fancy! They have Japanese restaurant that serves really good food!! Ambiance is good.
