Kami telah menempah sebanyak 5 bilik sepanjang lawatan kami di Melaka. Lokasinya sangat selesa. Tilam dan bantal bilik sangat selesa. Satu-satunya perkara yang kami tidak rasa selesa ialah bau saliran yang kuat apabila kami membuka pintu bilik tetapi ia hilang apabila Aircond dihidupkan. Ini terpakai untuk semua bilik deluxe kami. Bilik suite 320 mengalami kebocoran dari bumbung apabila hujan lebat. Aliran air bilik mandi deluxe 302 sangat perlahan. Kami mendapati ia sangat kotor apabila kami membuka penutup perangkap lantai. Semoga anda dapat membetulkan masalah ini. Secara keseluruhan, kami semua menikmati penginapan di sana dan akan menginap di Baba House sekali lagi untuk perjalanan seterusnya ke Melaka.

Lokasi: Location hotel memang strategik, kat tengah bandar melaka. Nak pergi tempat2 best, hanya dalam 500 meter ke 2 kilometer sahaja. Boleh jalan kaki atau drive. Cuma kalau drive tu mmg jem sikit la waktu peak hour. Kalau untuk couple, best sewa motor. Senang nak bergerak melawan jem. Cleanliness: Kebersihan hotel mmg tiptop. Bilik bersih, perabot baru, tandas moden, takda habuk pun. Cadar ada spot sikitt tapi kami jenis tak banyak songeh sgt bab tu. Bilik wangi. Nampak view melaka sikit. Amenities: Dalam toilet ada hair dryer, sabun mandi, syampoo, berus gigi dan ubat, hair cap. Atas meja ada beberapa sachet tea, nescafe, gula, creamer, water heater, bawah meja ada peti ais. Semuanya berfungsi dengan baik. Tv channel biasa. Langsir tebal. Cuma tingkap dia transparent dari luar. Jadi klu nak seksi2 dlm bilik, tutup sikit langsir tu kang tak pasal jadi free show kat orang bawah. Restaurant: Dulu beberapa tahun lepas, sy ada stay kat hotel ni dan sy ingat lagi waktu tu byk sangat menu pilihan makanan breakfast. Dan kali ni sgt excited nak pergi breakfast kat sini tp agak mengecewakan sbb menu dah tak mcm dulu. Menu tak banyak. Makanan basic mcm cereal dgn susu pun takda. Ada nasi goreng, kari ayam (hari2 kari ayam), kentang tumis, air manis 2 jenis, roti bakar, salad, 1 jenis buah, 2 jenis kuih, bubur, ommelete/fried egg (instant made). Mungkin dh cut cost. Service: Housekeeping bagus. Once dia masuk toilet, dia tukarkan sekali tuala baru semua. Cuma sangat tak berpuas hati dengan receptionist. Sy rasa hotel ni dh sgt bagus dari semua aspek tapi bila bab receptionist mmg out betul la. Tak mesra lgsung. Awat kekwat sgt? Kita dtg bayar kot bukan mintak duduk free. Bercakap tu mesra la sikit. Jgn keras sgt. Mintak ic tu elok2. ”Cik boleh sy minta ic”. Bukan susah pun nak cakap mcm tu. Bila org nak check out, at least sapa la mesra sikit dgn cakap terima kasih, datang lagi. Ni pandang cust pun idak. Mgkin kami dh biasa dpt receptionist yg mesra, tak pernah lagi kena yang kekwat mcm ni. Pihak hotel sila train lagi receptionist anda.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, bilik kecil tetapi untuk 2 orang ok, kedai, pusat membeli-belah berdekatan, tetapi mereka perlu menaik taraf saluran tv mereka, menambah satu atau 2 saluran tamil itu sahaja

Hotel name change Puteri Bay Hotel. Stayed... 24 - 25 July 2022. Total: 4 rooms. 2 elderly 1 couple w/o children 1 couple with 1 child 1 single adult. Parking was plenty. Check-in was simple but room was not ready even at 3pm. Reason given large group tourist late checkout with minimal staff working on that Sunday. Room was ok... bathroom a bit rundown & dirty They are bought over in 2021 & are in the process of renovating the place in phases. As usual location is good as its just across the beach. Nite market along the road outside on Sunday nite!!! Sleep is good with working aircon. Check-out was a breeze.

Staff mesra dan sgt membantu. Cuma sy rasa kurang selamat sikit sbb kita boleh dgr bilik sebelah walau batuk, berbual, dkt toilet.. senang ckp bilik tembus bunyi😅 paling rasa x selesa bila ada bilik jiran depan Chinese man berbual berdua dpn bilik saya dgn sorg hanya berseluar dlm sorg lg sluar pendek.. berlaku pd mlm pertama bmalam di hotel. Jadi sejak tu bila malam rasa xselamat asyik2 cek pintu depan blk sbb dgr suara org llaki berbual dan bunyi org ketuk pintu atau buka pintu.. walaupun guest hanya chek in blk msg2.. tp sbb blk tembus bunyi jd asyik igt blk sndiri je.. so xnyenyak tidur mlm..

Selepas membandingkan banyak hotel, saya mempunyai tempat yang lembut untuk hotel dengan sejarah dan budaya Pengalaman sebenar memang sempurna. Perkhidmatan dan sarapan pagi semuanya terbaik Setiap kali anda masuk atau keluar dari lobi, anda akan membuka pintu dan menyambut setiap tetamu dengan penuh semangat. Pengalaman menjamu selera sangat baik, walaupun ia bukan bufet, ia lebih baik daripada bufet Makanannya enak, variasinya memuaskan, dan saiz hidangan boleh diatur mengikut permintaan tetamu, supaya hidangan. tetamu boleh memilih beberapa perisa untuk dirasai.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Boleh jumpa lak semut charlie dalam bilik 😭 pastu earpods tertinggal dalam bilik. Minta tolong carikan and jumpa. Last2 salah satu earpods tu bukan ori punya. Bila call balik hotel dorang cakap jumpa yang ni je and dia boleh tanya macam mana I tau benda tu bukan ori punya 😭😭

Pleasant place, relatively clean and quiet, away from the main roads, close to everything. Places of interest within walking distance which is convenient. Inexpensive, nice hawker food nearby especially breakfast, lunch etc can be had close by. Jonker Street is within walking distance and close to the river side.
