It’s a very nice hotel, just across the street from the train station. Room was clean and comfortable for a night stay.

Overall, it’s a good budget hotel within walking distance to the train station. It is clean and breakfast changed every day. The WiFi is good and hot water is consistent. Down the road is Stanley, renting motorbikes and on the opposite side is a laundromat. Overall a good experience

- Amazing service and relatively clean room...sofa could've been wiped more often 🙂 - Good-sized room for those traveling with small luggages. - Perfect location to all amenities - train station, famous Jalan Malioboro (street), and top restaurants in Yogyakarta.

Don't include breakfast. It's nothing to eat. Other than that, I recommend for just sleeping.

The location was really great, only 5 minutes walking to Malioboro. Standard amenities. The receptionist was really helpful

The location is excellent and the service is amazing! It’s within walk of everything and only 15 minutes walk to the train station or Mariobolo st which is amazing. It is a budget hotel so the rooms are not perfect. There was some stains and window view was just a brick wall haha. But over all it was clean enough and comfortable. I would stay again.

Love that location is very convenient to the night market, Chinese food restaurant (Rumah Makan Makmur), cafes, mall, … It has been a lovely stay for us.

The staff is superb :) Location and everything is great. Room 621: the toilet makes a continuous noise of running water. Maybe it needs to be fixed. The bed is very comfortable, drinking water in the corridor, good wifi.
