桜木町駅から徒歩数分の立地です。横浜市役所近くですね。 建物４階まではホテルで、それ以上はマンションのようですが、エントランスが真逆なのでかち合わない造りです。 フロントも内装もキレイで、カジュアルな雰囲気です。 フロントにはコーヒーがありました。コンビニも近くにあり便利です。 部屋の場所にもよるのでしょうが、泊まった部屋は浴槽がヘンテコな仕様で、これならシャワーのみでよかったかなぁと。

Nice location near the Red Brick Warehouse, World Porters, and Isezakicho Shopping and Food district. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were basic. The fridge has a switch to turn it on, the air conditioner could not be turned on so the room was very warm, 25 C, even with the window open. The staff was very helpful with directions, luggage storage, and ordering an Uber. The breakfast was busy but good especially the fresh fruit juices. I booked for my brother and family. They enjoyed the beautiful view of Yokohama bay bridge. Good thing about trip is that it provides detailed information about the room before booking which is better than the hotel s official website or other online booking.

羽田空港からバスで３０分くらいで到着です。途中の高速道路からは、横浜ランドマークホテルなどが見えて、壮観でした。バスを横浜駅東口で下車しましたが、終着のワイキャットの方がヒルトン横浜に近いです。横浜駅からKアリーナが見えますが、徒歩で歩いてホテルまでニッサンのビルなどを迂回する必要があります。駅からホテルまでの通路は、まだ、建設中のようです。 新築ホテルで、とても豪華です。エグゼクティブラウンジでチェックインをして、プレミアムルームにアップグレードしてくれました。ラウンジ内のジュース類は、多種類で、珍しいものがたくさんありました。カクテルタイムは、アルコール類はあまり多くなく、また、料理もほとんどありませんでした。 室内からは、正面に川が流れていて、隣のKアリーナのコンサートを見学する人たちが列をなしていました。部屋は３９平米あり、ゆったりできました。室内の装飾も、ホテル全体のアールデコ調と統一されたデザインでした。ひげ剃りなども、他のヒルトンホテルのものとは異なり、上質なものが備わっていました。 夕食は、イタリアンレストランでいただきました。HCPJの２０％割引がありませんが、もともと料理代金が税サービス込みで表示されているので、代金額がわかりやすいです。料理は、上品・繊細な味わいでおいしかったです。 ホテルの従業員さんらは、若い人が多く、おもてなしの気持ちでした。 改善して欲しいことは、つぎの三点です。 ①　横浜駅からホテルまでの通路を早く作ってもらうと、チェックイン・アウト前後の移動時間が短くなっていいと思います。 ②　エグゼクティブラウンジの料理を増やしてもらうと、もっとゆったりとできます。 ③　宿泊代金やホテル内レストラン代金にHCPJ割引の適応をしてもらうと、レストランでの食事などを取りやすくなります。 良くも、悪くも、ほかのヒルトンホテルとは一線を画するホテルであり、新鮮味があります。

Saya fikir ia agak mudah kerana terdapat kedai OK di sebelah. Memandangkan bahagian hadapan berada di tingkat 20, saya merasakan ia agak menyusahkan. Saya check in pada waktu malam, jadi pemandangan malam adalah cantik, tetapi kerumitan untuk naik ke atas untuk mendaftar masuk dan perlu turun ke bilik adalah titik tolak. Memang susah nak tunggu lif. Bilik itu agak besar dan bersih. Bilik yang saya duduki tidak mempunyai tab mandi, tetapi mungkin bilik lain juga ada? Memandangkan lokasi, kebersihan, harga, dan lain-lain, saya fikir ia akan menjadi baik tanpa tab mandi, tetapi saya fikir ia akan menjadi lebih baik jika ia berlaku. Perkhidmatan penghantaran seperti perkhidmatan kurier juga disediakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk kotak kadbod. Yang bestnya, kakitangannya hebat. Lokasinya sempurna, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Stesen Yokohama, jadi saya dapat bergerak dengan lancar. A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

Even though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.
