The hotel is quite new and clean. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The food was cold, and nothing much to enjoy-should’ve just headed out for coffee or breakfast nearby.

Good - The room is reasonably good size, the light inside the room is bright. Need to improve - There are dusts on the window panel, on the edge of the desk, on the bed frame, most of the bottles inside of toilet have difficulties to dispense its contents.

The location of this hotel is really good. Just 10 minutes from Shin-Yokohama Station. Also around the hotel there are many shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walking there is the Yokohama Stadium. The service is just amazing. Very polite and kind all the time. I even could do the check in before the time. Also can wash your clothes for a cheap price. Smoking area in the second floor. Room not big but not small neither. Very comfortable and cozy for one person. I really recommend this hotel. Also can exchange money and buy a SIM card for your phone. If you don’t know how to do it, they will help you.

Hotel is very basic, but close to the station for a one night stay. I have to mention that the hotel is not clean at all, and the carpet situation is a big problem (gets very dirty). The hotel is old and should considered some renovations. The hotel staff was cordial. Compare to other hotels, it's pretty expensive for the offering.
