Ia adalah hotel terbaik. Bilik-bilik adalah baru dan bersih.
Terdapat kedai serbaneka, Family Mart dan kafe di sebelah hotel, menjadikannya sangat mudah.
Perkhidmatan penghantaran seperti perkhidmatan kurier juga disediakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk kotak kadbod. Yang bestnya, kakitangannya hebat.
Lokasinya sempurna, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Stesen Yokohama, jadi saya dapat bergerak dengan lancar.

The Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 is part of the Cruise Terminal Complex ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. If you are familiar with Cup Noodle museum, then it's right behind it. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the other Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. The closest stations for both these hotels is the Minatomirai station on the Minatomirai line. If you are coming by JR, the closet station is Sakuragi-cho on the Keihin-Touhoku line and from there about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Yokohama Grand and a further 10 minutes to Pier 8. From the Hammerhead, you can clearly see the iconic fin shaped Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. It's in a good location with shops and restaurants in Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk and the famous Red Brick warehouse. The hotel is a rectangle building with an open area in the middle (garden) of the building from level 3. The ”outside” rooms are the City and Bay View rooms while the ”inside” rooms are the Garden View rooms. There's also a rooftop garden where you have a great view overlooking the bay and can just sit and relax in the sun. The staff were exceptional and the rooms amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. 2 adults and 1 kid. the hotel location is of course far from downtown tokyo, but that is a compromise we were willing to take to stay in a comfier and spacious room. there are two metro stations nearby (1 closer, other one a 20 minute walk away). Both walkways are passing through a mall and a covered pathway which has travelators installed. The nearby malls and cup noodle museum were great. lot of eating and dining options. and tōkyō downtown was a 40 minute subway ride. Overall a great stay. You can also get airport limousine from hotel reception level 1 and there are comfy sofas to wait for your checkin time or post checkout.

the hotel is very clean, close to shopping area, tourist area, subway, trains, ferry wheels, convention center...very very convenient everything within walking distance. the staff service is top notch, and they try to give you the typical impecable japanese quality service. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, I paid 4,400YEN for a buffet breakfast, and for 2 days straight, there's literally a tour group, or too many people overcrowding the buffet area...this greatly affected my breakfast experience for waiting in line to get food (and if there's any left), so after two days I have up eating breakfast at the hotel. Other than that, it's a great hotel.

We did have an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Around 8 minutes' walk (with luggage in hand) from/to metro (Shin Takashima station). Environment tranquil yet location convenient - just app. 15 minutes' walk to downtown area like the Mark IS, Landmark Tower, etc. where a lot of shops and eateries can be found.
Staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful. Smart in answering questions from us.
Room size is perfectly good. Shower is good given water flow is strong and water is hot enough. Toiletries are sufficient. With the two reading lamps on, the room is brightly lit (although it would seem perfect if there could be one or two more light bulbs on the ceiling).
Breakfast is good. Staff from the kitchen and the restaurant are seen to be working meticulously and attending to the details to make sure that every corner is clean and hygienic, and that the food is timely refilled. An adequate variety of food and drinks, really exceeding our expectations.
Love to stay at this hotel again in future visits to Yokohama.

No good for families We booked a stay here at the end of our 2 week Japan holiday. We decided on this hotel in particular as it offered a swimming pool. Because of bed configuration we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately we arrived to discover the swimming pool is only open from 3-8pm and anyone under 140cm (my 10 year old) is only welcomed until 6pm and must be accompanied in the water with an adult at all times. Anyone even entering the pool deck must be in a swimsuit. I feel this is simply to accommodate the social media vibe as every person on the deck was there for the selfies. We are leaving well before 3 tomorrow so our opportunity for taking a dip is limited. A brand new hotel that cannot accommodate a morning lap swim seems like a big miss to me. Onto the rooms. Tiny, and awkward with basins in the bedroom area rather than in the bathroom space. Odd. Shower also only has clear glass door so if you’re here for a romantic weekend with a partner that may be fine but families with teens wouldn’t mind a bit of privacy when showering. As mentioned earlier the room configuration with only twin beds meant we had to book two rooms. We did so but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us on one floor. Again. Not family friendly. Four elevators service the guest rooms and they are crazy slow. With our family split over two floors it was endlessly frustrating. Yokohama was fabulous just wish we stayed at a different hotel.

This hotel is unexpected nice and convenient. She is located next to the exit of the train station (日本大通站). Good for families as they have washing machines and dryers at a cost (costs Yen 400 for washing and Yen 100 for drying), guest rooms are spacious and equipped with a microwave. I also like their room amenities, including body wash and hand wash. If you prefer less busy area, but accessible, this hotel definitely is a good choice. Overall, I would rate this hotel with 4 stars out of 5.

PPengguna TetamuI absolutely love this hotel! The room was spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. Had a good night sleep and I'm usually a light sleeper even with the sound of the trains, it wasn't that noticeable for me. The cleaners are efficient and there is a communal table on the ground floor near reception which is a great spot for working while the cleaner is cleaning with access to cold tea and amenities. I didn't like the check in process with the male Chinese receptionist, I felt it was a bit difficult for him to check me in and was hesitant to give me free wifi so I could show him my reservation email, he eventually was able to find my reservation, this is a very minor complaint. I will definitely rebook again as the location is close to convenient stores and the train station and a nice stroll through the harbour and Collette Mane. Very affordable accommodation and great value for what you get compared to areas that are closer to Tokyo.

LLuci-BThis is definitely value for money for Japan. Standard is high in Japan, but stay at this hotel was pleasant. Good central location. Small room but that is pretty standard here. All amenities provided and pyjamas. Comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff. Good reliable internet. Nice Italian place to eat next to the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was good at the hotel. The only sad thing for me to share is that we had a very unpleasant experience inside the train heading towards Yokohama from Tokyo. We did not know that we were in the incorrect car. When we were told by the lady train staff, we got up from our seat and tried to go into the next car. But the next car was 110% full and we could not get in. One of the lady train staff was very rude and aggressive towards us. She pushed my wife very hard when we were in between the two cars until she almost lost her balance. Luckily she did not fall down. I view this as a very offensive act and we made a complaint at the Yokohama train office. The journey to Yokohama was very unpleasant.

AAde P.A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November.
Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it.
The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum.
I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

헤헤수스Really easy to get there from the subway station. The location is good because there are many places to eat and drink, it is also close to the Bus terminal in case you are planing to take a night bus to another city. Department Stores and PKM center also around the area. The Capsules are wide and clean, you have TV, headphones, light, etc. You also get pajamas, which are soft and big. They give you a locker witha key, you can sotre your shoes, bag, etc you need for the day, and also you have a room to store your big bags. The brathroom were clean, and also they have separate room with mirrors next to the locker rooms for you to shave, do makeup, etc you need. The sauna and showers are located in the 1st floor, you get a big and a small towel. Inside you can find shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc. Finally, check out is really easy and they let you keep your bags in the sotrage room after check out, but i would recomend to ask for how long they can keep them. I defenitively recommend this place for short or long stay.

しかし、チェックインは15時からと分かっていましたが少し早く着いてしまった為、ホテルに入ったところ
フロントには2名の従業員の方がいましたが挨拶が全くなく目を合わせても何も言ってこなかった為、ここで待っていれば良いのか？とこちらから聞いてようやく案内をされた。
早く着いてしまったので、申し訳ないかと思っていたが挨拶が無いのには納得がいかなかった。
いらっしゃいませ、こんにちは、しばらくお待ちください。くらいは言って欲しいかな？と思いました。

制服を着てフロントに立っているのであれば…
もし対応をしたくないというのであれば入り口をロックしておけば良いのになと思いました。
始めから不快な感じをしてしまい、もったいないなと思いました。

PPengguna TetamuCozy place. A tv that can either be a good thing or a bad one if ppl turn it up too loud and spend hours on it zapping around. In the same time in that same common area it’s forbidden to talk, as this place is supposed to be for eating and working, but then they place a tv with Netflix and YouTube and all that stuff in that same room. It’s too hot in the dormitory with too thick blankets at the same time. Otherwise the view from the common space is great and there’s a balcony for smoking on the other side of the apartment. In the end I worked in the stairway…also they place the ppl close to each other even if there’s a lot o space to keep them at distance. So half of the dorm was empty but still I had a snoring guy sleeping right underneath my bed…this can be improved.
