Will never go back to this hotel again. Rooms are not like in the photo, had to ask for clean towels you then got a dirty look from the cleaner, that’s if you can call them cleaners all they did was mop the floor in our room and made the beds. They did not clean the bathroom once in the week we was there. The beds are hard and found it hard to sleep on. The food was awful if you like chicken every nite you are ok. The waiting staff are so miserable when you ask for something they walk away. The morning manager was lovely could not help you enough. But the hotel manager had one big attitude. There are dogs & cats all over the place and do there business anywhere. There was always a long queue for the bar at the pool side and only one person behind it. There was only one nite of entrainment so had to go to the bars outside of the hotel. The shower was dirty and the water had no where to go which made me fall and hurt myself. The little man in the shop was lovely always ready to help. We had no air con as they wanted 70.00 euros for the week so we had to sleep with the doors open.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews We are currently staying here myself & 3 kids, 28, 17 & 11 and I was worried prior to travel We have a family room, bedding was clean, shower hot and air con works albeit noisy. Yes you pay extra for these but that’s what happens in Greece. The food is as you’d expect. We have all found things to eat plenty of salad, chips, pasta, different meats & fish. The all inclusive drinks are watered down but again this is a budget hotel not 5 star & you can buy alcohol cheap enough in the shops This is a lively hotel and a lot of young people but this means there’s fun round the pool and music The pool area is washed down every morning as it can get s bit messy by the end of the day Our room hasn’t been broken into but we payed for a safety box and used our common sense, carrying out money with us at all times. Yes main reception have our passports but again I’m used to this. This is a budget hotel and we paid a good cheap price, if you want peace & quiet and 5 star luxury this isn’t the hotel for you. Please don’t be put off by bad reviews I think these are from people with no common sense and not understanding what some Greek hotels are like

Where do I start. My brother and uncle wanted to go away somewhere warm and affordable. Alexander Hotel in Zante fitted the bill; though I was a bit wary given the reviews from last year. Thankfully, never have I experienced such a disparity between Trip Advisor reviews and reality. Having arrived expecting to book accommodation somewhere else ASAP, I was amazed by the customer service we experienced from start to finish. Miss Marineta and Dennis met us on arrival snd set the tone being very welcoming and reminding us to ask if we need anything. My 69 year old uncle has essential tremors so is very self conscious when eating and drinking. The staff were amazing, supporting Rob from start to finish as they were with all guests. In reception, Filipe and Dennis did a great job and never stopped smiling. In the restaurant Paul was incredible, helping my uncle choose food, advising him and selecting food and carrying his plate to a quieter spot where he could eat with dignity. At the pool bar Dennis snd Thomas worked tirelessly and never stopped grafting and never let the long hours dampen their enthusiasm. As for other aspects of the hotel, great decor and a relaxed bar/ pool bar made for a great week with young and old mixing no problem. Cleaning was daily and immaculate. As for location, turn right out the hotel and its a quiet ten minute walk to the beach to the beach. Some classy beach bars including “Infinity” where the service , a**osphere , food and drink were amazing.

Rooms need a bit of refreshing as they are a bit dated but were equipped with all the necessities, food was great, never ate out once. The best thing though is the location of the hotel, it’s basically close to everything, being at the centre of laganas, and even next to the bus stop if you want to do some exploring. All in all, can’t go wrong for the money paid.

This was AMAZING. I didn’t want to leave! My friends had to pull me by the legs to get me onto the plane. The drinks are so gorgeous, beds are so good for cheeky times ;) The staff are so lovely. BEST HOLIDAY EVER.

Had a great stay, the a**osphere was warm it being a family run hotel, staff was lovely and nothing really to complain about the food. The location was also a big plus, being within walking distance of everything.

The attentive staff, elegant settings and tantalizing flavors at the hotel restaurant combined to create a truly memorable and unforgettable stay experience. The concierge desk was always ready to assist with any inquiries or reservations, ensuring that I made the most of my time exploring the Laganas town. Strongly recommended to all!

Te resort of Las Laganas has some really beautiful beaches, but also nightlife. Unfortunately the rooms are not well insulated, so it happened 1 or 2 evenings in which drunk kids were in the corridor causing chaos... There are 2 rather crowded swimming pools, we used them just a little, because the beach is much more beautiful and because after a certain time they become a little dirty. I found the food good, maybe the meat and fish were not of high quality, but I have never eaten them because I am a vegetarian. Friendly staff, especially the boy with the pigtail. I would have honestly given 3 stars, but I was really disappointed because, on the last evening, one of my silver ring and 50 euros of my mother disappeared. We are absolutely sure that they were in the room, they were not even in sight. I immediately went to the reception and one of the staff asked me if I was really sure that I hadn't spent the money... but why would I make a fool of myself if I wasn't sure? The ring didn't have much economic value, but it had sentimental value, it belonged to my grandmother... in short, we couldn't resolve anything. No one could have entered through the window because we found it closed and we were on the first floor. Nobody except the cleaning ladies. The room has always remained really dirty, the towels were removed without changing them or not changed at all. Since I read that I'm not the first to have had the same problem, it would be necessary to do something, or you really risk losing customers. My mom wanted to come back next year, which obviously we won't do.

This hotel is excellent with really friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned daily the Manager is really good and kind . The food is mostly excellent with a good choice. The beach is right next to this hotel and the beach bar is good also. Amenities are close with bus stop outside or staff can get you a quick taxi with reasonable prices . We love this hotel and all the staff here. Would recommend.
