Hotel Terbaik di Zakopane dengan Spa

Hotel ma swoje plusy i minusy, jednak tym skutecznie zrujnowało nasz pobyt były dzieci w strefie SPA i na saunach. Po 30 km spacerze zrelaksować się w saunie, dlatego wybrałam hotel ze SPA. Mój partner zrezygnował całkiem z wizyt w SPA, kiedy znaleźliśmy tam rozwrzeszczane dzieci, przede wszystkim dlatego, że przebywanie w saunarium, które jest strefą nagości, jest co najmniej niekomfortowe w towarzystwie 11 letnich dziewczynek. Ja natomiast postanowiłam dać strefie SPA drugą szansę, ale poddałam się zaraz po tym, odkryłam, że ktoś w saunie fińskiej suszy pluszową sowę, którą dziecko przed chwilą bawiło się w jacuzzi. Zgłosiłam problem recepcji, niestety bez skutku- nie ma regulacji wiekowych, dzieciom wolno przebywać w SPA. Były też inne problemy takie jak: brak ręczników, popsuty prysznic (wymieniono nam pokój dopiero przy probie interwencji przez booking). Jeśli chodzi o plusy: dobre śniadanie, świetna lokalizacja, 10 min od szlaku na Nosal. Nie było nam dane przetestować restauracji, ponieważ w menu nie ma żadnej opcji bez mięsa. Hotel ma w ofercie klientów biznesowych i firmy, więc (błędnie) założyłam, że trzyma się pewnych standardów. Rozbawił mnie zupełnie szczerze fakt, ze hotel nie akceptuje zwierząt.

A very inviting hotel with an interesting history. We went in December 2023 with Zakopane covered in powder snow, which made the hotel look like a fairytale castle. The rooms are nice and well-equipped (water heater, instant coffee, tea bags and courtesy bottled water). We did not use the spa and the restaurant, so no comment on this. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. You can reach many interesting spots in town walking (train and bus station are located at a 5-min-walk). Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Hotel is a beautiful historic building, decor is charming. Room and bed were good, however TV came on mysteriously in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row waking us up! Shower is diabolical - not only did the door come off it’s tracks every time we touched it but the shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in the hook so you had to hold it in your hand the entire time. Water took a very long time to heat up. Location excellent , we liked that the window could be opened and didn’t mind the street noise. Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the restaurant - food was excellent and service great - sadly it was only open for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Used the pool and sauna - very nice, however the attendant wasn’t overly helpful.

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, pokój świetnie zaprojektowany i wykończony, obsługa miła, jedzenie dobre, widać że wszystko jest przemyślane. Super lokalizacja naprzeciwko szkoły narciarskiej, bardzo fajny teren hotelu dookoła. Jednak nie pasuje mi kilka rzeczy: nieczytelne oznaczenie - przechodząc łącznikiem z 1 piętra znajdujemy się na 3cim. Nie odśnieżano wystarczająco dobrze terenu parkingu, ani wyjazdu z hotelu do ulicy, droga jest wąska, chodzi tamtędy non stop mnóstwo narciarzy bo nawet nie wiedzą że z drugiej strony części *** hotelu też jest przejście i tamują ruch. Wyjazd przez kilka dni nie został dobrze odśnieżony, również okolica przed wejściem głównym do hotelu nie była odśniezona przez jakiś czas i moje auto pływało tam sobie w śniegu. Miejsca parkingowe zasypane tak że pick up z napędem 4x4 miał problem żeby zaparkować, nikt nie zatrudnił obsługi do odśnieżania miejsc parkingowych ani nawet nie porozstawiał łopat żeby każdy sam sobie odśnieżył teren wokół auta. Powietrze w pokoju bardzo suche co jest częste w hotelach ale kilma była zepsuta. Część restauracyjna super, brakowało mi jedynie mleka bez laktozy i roślinnego do wyboru. Dość mała część spa jak na tyle osób i jedna sauna zupełnie nieoznaczona, naewt nie wiadomo czy to sauna? Jednak hotel bardzo mi się podobał i na pewno jeszcze wrócę :D

Największą zaletą hotelu jest jego lokalizacja, trzy minuty od Krupówek, sklepów oraz przystanku,.skąd buraki można udać się na szlaki. Zdecydowaliśmy się akurat na ten hotel,.z tego względu, że w tej samej cenie co pokój w jakieś willi mieliśmy dostęp do basenu, sauny oraz jacuzi. Pokój ładny, przestronny( mieliśmy pokój De Luxe) z balkonem. Dużym plusem jest bar w lobby otwarty 24/7, często po powrocie do hotelu nie chciało się nam iść na coś mocniejszego na miasto, a tu wszystko na miejscu i ceny bardzo przystępne. Polecam wybrać opcje ze śniadaniem , duży wybór i bardzo smacznie
