La habitación nos gustó mucho, cómoda y muy amplia. El baño bien, tiene bañera, ducha bidette, un cepillo de dientes, muchos espejos... Lo malo es que la habitación de fumadores simplemente tiene desactivado el sensor pero no se puede ventilar, en mi caso mi pareja fuma y yo no, así que no era muy buena opción, creo que deberían tener una ventana que se pudiera abrir o un balconcito... también decir que se oye TODO lo que pasa en el resto de habitaciones. Está ubicado en una buena zona en transporte público llegas en unos 20 - 30 minutos al centro, también hay taxis y bares restaurantes donde poder comer o cenar. El precio del desayuno nos pareció excesivo (19 por persona) y no lo probamos. Sí que recomendaría el hotel para ir unos días, nos salió bien de precio y el personal también bien.

We stayed here as a family, 2 adults, 2 teenagers for 5 nights in July, I was a bit concerned given the mixed reviews but on the whole the hotel was great. Reception are bar area are nice and service was quick and friendly. The rooms had all you needed and although the bedrooms were dated in decor the beds were comfortable, rooms were large, lots of storage and the bathrooms were renovated with an excellent shower. The rooftop pool was nice to get out of the heat though it could do with bringing up to date and towels by the pool and a pool bar would have been a good addition. Location is really good for easy walking to all local sight seeing spots and loads of cafes, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Views from the hotel aren’t great but to be expected given it’s the middle of the city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location plus benefit of an outdoor pool made it a good choice.

La calefacción incluso apagada en nuestra habitación, estaba muy fuerte en todo el edificio. En recepción en el check out se equivocaron y nos cobraron la habitación, cuando ya estaba pagada, rectificaron cuando se lo comunicamos y nos hicieron la devolución rápidamente. Hotel cómodo y tranquilo.

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

En mi reserva ponía una sola cama doble.Y cuando llegue allí la habitación tenía dos camas.En recepción yo dije que quería la habitación con una cama como reserve.Que en esa reserva no ponía bajo disponibilidad como ellas decían.Sino una sola cama,bien claro lo ponían.No me gusto nada la manera de contestarnos.Pero una de ellas al final busco en el hotel y nos cambio a una habitación con cama una sola cama.Por lo demás todo muy limpio,muy cómodo y silencioso.

Es la segunda vez que elegimos este hotel para una visita a Zaragoza y esta vez han tenido un detalle nos ha decepcionado bastante. El motivo? A nuestro entender, falta de organización. El pasado sábado coincidieron varias celebraciones de Primera Comunión con todos los huéspedes, que no éramos pocos. El problema vino a la hora de ofrecer la cena a los huéspedes... Todos los salones del hotel estaban ocupados con los eventos, por lo que, a los huéspedes nos derivaron a la pequeña barra de bar con cuatro mesas que tienen junto a la recepción. No solo es que no sea el lugar adecuado para cenar (pequeño, ruidoso, incómodo, en pleno paso,...), sino que, además, ni siquiera se molestaron en cambiar el menú, ya que era el mismo que el día anterior. Si bien es cierto que te ofrecen una carta con platos combinados, sandwiches, ensaladas, hamburguesas,... en el caso de que no te apetezca el menú del día. Consideramos que, si la cena se sirve de 20 a 22 horas, se deberían organizar los eventos de tal manera que a esa hora ya hubiera un comedor montado para dar de cenar a los huéspedes.

Perfecta ubicacion para ir caminando al centro 1.5km dando una vuelta para aparcar es dificil segun la hora ya que no hay zona hora . En general muy bien

We stay only One night and we really enjoyed to have chosen Cesaraugusta. Hotel Is in a good position close to historic centre Easy reachable by foot. It Is available a garage with gate to park and from It, you can go to the reception by a lift. This Is very useful since outside, on the street, It Is hard find a Place where leave the car on the street. Room clean... Just a note about temperature that can not be regulate. Room was too hot in the evening, a Little cold in the morning.

We had a wonderful 2 night visit to Zaragoza. We were very lucky to get a room here- our priority was to get a hotel with secure parking , as close as possible to the old town. We booked a space - I think 33e for the 2 nights (apologies- I can’t remember exactly). The room was very comfortable- everything you would need- comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge- even had Netflix- my guilty pleasure 😂 We had a nice drink on the rooftop terrace- fabulous view. We didn’t use the pool but fyi it’s on the same floor as gym and walk through it to get to pool. The staff were wonderful and always available- even came up to our room to help us figure out the safe! Also the best advice as regards where to eat. Not 5 star but it fitted all our priorities.

The hotel is in a residential area, close to Zaragoza University, 7 mins walk. I came for a conference; otherwise, I would have stayed at the city's historical site. The downtown is within 20 mins walking distance, and it is a smooth walk The room doesn't have a coffee machine, there is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it didn't work. The staff is helpful, and I could buy coffee from the kitchen. The staff doesn't speak English; however, they do their best to communicate. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls are thin you can hear other people closing their doors or walking in the corridor. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you are a vegan/vegetarian this area and I think Zaragoza in general is not vegan friendly. The historical site has some options but is not vegan.

A reasonable size room however the huge bed took up most of the room so struggled to get around it. Wardrobe was good. Large bathroom with a shower over the bath. However the beautiful glass basin was impractical. Almost no storage for your toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer and body lotion provided but no soap! The room also didn’t have any tea/coffee facilities which seemed odd to me. The hotel is across the road from GranCasa, a huge shopping complex. The team is out the front so easy to get to the old town or it’s about 20 minute easy walk. Parking was underneath

Trovato su Booking col nome ”Be Zaragoza Hostel” come sistemazione più economica vicino al centro (52 euro tre notti a maggio). Una volta scesi dal bus dell'aeroporto (fermata Puerta del Carmen) vi attendono 12 minuti a piedi ma l'ostello è comodissimo per visitare la città. Camerata da 10 letti abbastanza confortevole. La prima notte non ho dormito a causa del cigolio della porta, poi sistemato dietro mia lamentela. Con la card magnetica si ha a disposizione anche una comodo e capiente armadietto. Prese comode vicino al letto. Personale cordiale. Bagni comuni abbastanza puliti. Nell'interrato un club musicale. Durante la mia permanenza ha suonato un famoso gruppo giapponese di Rhythm 'n' beat...spettacolo!
