We stayed one night as we past through Spain going south. We had a very good experience and would happily return. Hotel was easy enough to locate. About 5-10 minutes from the motorway. And only 2 minutes walk from the centre which was lovely. Zaragoza is a secret gem! Parking was in the basement and is well signposted from the main road. It is secure and affords quick easy access to the hotel lift from where you can easily access all floors. It is tight to get in and out, But parking spaces themselves are large. Campers are saved the twists and turns. Parking was extra cost at approximately 25 euro. The reception and bar are lovely, and far more luxurious than the price would suggest. Rooms and hallways are classic Spanish in feel and a little tired but perfectly acceptable. Rooms were clean and well presented. We also received ropes and slippers which was a nice surprise. The pool is accessed via stairs or lift on the top floor. It’s a lovely setting although again, felt slightly tired, but clean. Nice views across the city. I used the gym once which was typical of hotel gyms. A few treadmills and some cable machines. Not very well equipped but it did the job for a quick workout before another long day driving. Checkout was 11 which was brilliant. The receptionists spoke great English and were very accommodating and professional. We asked for an extra bed for our 6 year old and we were upgraded to a family suite free of charge. Would recommend and we will go back.

La habitación nos gustó mucho, cómoda y muy amplia. El baño bien, tiene bañera, ducha bidette, un cepillo de dientes, muchos espejos... Lo malo es que la habitación de fumadores simplemente tiene desactivado el sensor pero no se puede ventilar, en mi caso mi pareja fuma y yo no, así que no era muy buena opción, creo que deberían tener una ventana que se pudiera abrir o un balconcito... también decir que se oye TODO lo que pasa en el resto de habitaciones. Está ubicado en una buena zona en transporte público llegas en unos 20 - 30 minutos al centro, también hay taxis y bares restaurantes donde poder comer o cenar. El precio del desayuno nos pareció excesivo (19 por persona) y no lo probamos. Sí que recomendaría el hotel para ir unos días, nos salió bien de precio y el personal también bien.

La calefacción incluso apagada en nuestra habitación, estaba muy fuerte en todo el edificio. En recepción en el check out se equivocaron y nos cobraron la habitación, cuando ya estaba pagada, rectificaron cuando se lo comunicamos y nos hicieron la devolución rápidamente. Hotel cómodo y tranquilo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo Hotel dal 21 al 24 Aprile 2023. Siamo rimasti abbastanza soddisfatti. Molto centrale, quindi la maggior parte dei monumenti e negozi di ogni tipo erano vicinissimi. Ma Saragozza è bellissima anche in altri quartieri soprattutto dopo il ponte di Pietra dove vive la vera cultura aragonese. L'Hotel è molto pulito e il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Nessun problema a farsi capire parlano praticamente tutte le lingue principali. Non abbiamo preso la colazione in Hotel quindi non possiamo dire com'era. Qualche problemino in camera: frigorifero non perfettamente funzionante. Non raffreddava le bibite. Sicuramente da migliorare le finestre, la sera entrano i rumori dalla strada dove sono presenti locali aperti fino a tardi. Hanno cercato di risolvere il problema con le doppie finestre e qualcosa fanno ma migliorabile. Per il resto va bene. Consigliato per un soggiorno! Saluti Alan

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au centre de Saragosse, près des principaux lieux touristiques. En face d'une belle place. Le personnel a été très aimable, les chambres très propres et confortables. Il y a la clim qui marche très bien ce qui est un soulagement pendant les mois d'été. Bon rapport qualité-prix. J'y retournerai.

La habitación cuando llegamos no estaba limpia del todo ,podíamos ver como el teléfono tenía polvo de hace bastantes días y las esquinas de la ducha estaban negras .La cama era cómoda pero las almohadas eran para malísimas ! . La luz que entraba por la ventana no me dejó pegar ojo porque las cortinas no cerraban del todo y las luces del pasillo no se apagaban . Pero sin lugar a dudas ,LO PEOR fue sobre las 8 de la mañana más o menos oímos una mujer hablando a voces que nos despertó ,así estuvo un buen rato a carcajadas,voces hablando ……vaya de película.Decidí salir para por favor decirle que bajará la voz que no eran horas cuando abro la puerta veo que es la LIMPIADORA hablando por teléfono mientras trabajaba con la puerta de la otra habitación abierta y tremendas risas . Así llevaba bastante tiempo y me dice : quiere algo 😳? Le digo si ,que por favor se calle que nos ha despertado desde hace un buen rato !!!!!!!!! . Desde luego control creo que no debe tener de ningún superior porque vaya tela .

What a super hotel…..it is one of the few hotels that I can not think of any negative comments to make….from the moment we arrived late evening we were made to feel welcome and at home and were upgraded to a top floor room. The staff smile, seem to enjoy their work and are polite and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best with lots of choice and if you can not see what you want ,you only have to ask. Again the staff in the breakfast room are very efficient and friendly. Our room had a balcony overlooking the city and the room was very bright , clean and felt very homely where you could unwind and relax. The position of the hotel is perfect and walkable to many of the sights. Hotel Alfonso for us everytime but we don’t want it to be too popular or we might not be able to get a booking!!

Great location, just minutes from most of the major attractions, Restaurants and the Bus to/from Delicias Station is right outside. Entrance Foyer is very much like a Hotel. Good Gym, but Pool wasn't available as it was too cold, even though their website said it was. We had a large Apartment on the 1st floor. At first glance it looked really nice, but after a few minutes, you realised that it was of very poor quality - Kitchen was old, cheap Crockery (pyrex), pans with broken handles; you had to run the hot tap for over a minute before any hot water came out - a tremendous waste of resource, especially with a drought in the region. It took 2 days for someone to come and open the inroom safe for us. You have to ask for the basic of appliances - Kettle, Toaster, etc. Bathroom extractor fan did not work and there was no visible signs of a smoke detector either. There were works of some sort going on, but we weren't pre-warned of the noise. We complained several times to the Staff, but they didn't seem bothered. Even the Manager laughed at some of our issues. They did buy us some new pans - I can only imagine, that the 'spare' pans they did have for other Apartments were of the same poor quality, so they had to buy us new ones. Overall, a great location and the Apartment had a very comfortable bed - alas, the quality of the Apartment was very poor and nowhere near the expectations of a 4* establishment.

Needs an upgrade. Quiet and spacious. Friendly staff. Always helpful with directions. Basic breakfast served. Many historical sites around. Bus and tram service around. Lovely flea market by main train station Delicias on Sundays. Bus 34 takes you to the main train station and drop-off not far from hotel. Lovely atmosphere after New year time. This small but charming Boutique hotel has everything you need to have a great stay in Zaragoza- Its clean, comfortable, inexpensive, and centrally located! We stayed in a small but comfortable double bed room with spectacular views of the Church and main square. Loved the quirky artistic decor, front desk staff very polite and pleasant, gave us useful tips and were friendly and accommodating. Tourism office right next door, lots of shopping and great restaurants all around- we only stayed one night but we made the most of our time there. Very walkable and good bus/taxi system if you need it. The Pilar Plaza Hotel was a great choice and I highly recommend - as well as the City itself- Zaragoza is a wonderful place to visit!!

Trovato su Booking col nome ”Be Zaragoza Hostel” come sistemazione più economica vicino al centro (52 euro tre notti a maggio). Una volta scesi dal bus dell'aeroporto (fermata Puerta del Carmen) vi attendono 12 minuti a piedi ma l'ostello è comodissimo per visitare la città. Camerata da 10 letti abbastanza confortevole. La prima notte non ho dormito a causa del cigolio della porta, poi sistemato dietro mia lamentela. Con la card magnetica si ha a disposizione anche una comodo e capiente armadietto. Prese comode vicino al letto. Personale cordiale. Bagni comuni abbastanza puliti. Nell'interrato un club musicale. Durante la mia permanenza ha suonato un famoso gruppo giapponese di Rhythm 'n' beat...spettacolo!
