Pernahkah anda memasuki hotel dengan membawa bagasi pada hari yang panas dan disajikan dengan aiskrim? Saya benar-benar minta maaf kerana anda tidak melakukannya. Inilah hotel di mana anda boleh merasainya. Dan bukan sahaja ini menjadikannya terbaik! Hotel ini agak jauh dari pusat bandar, tetapi bandar ini kecil yang menjadikan ketenangan di sini satu kelebihan. Kami mempunyai bilik dengan pemandangan gunung dan balkoni. Pemandangannya bagus, biliknya luas dan selesa dengan bilik mandi yang besar, tiub mandi di balkoni (mengapa tidak) dan perabot ber***a "Cina" yang bagus. Setiap hari mereka menyegarkan bekalan air kami dengan dua botol. Pemilik atau tuan rumah sangat baik dan membantu. Walaupun dia tidak berbahasa Inggeris, dia berusaha keras untuk membantu menggunakan penterjemah. Dia menempah untuk kami kebanyakan tiket ke tarikan, mengatur pemindahan ke lapangan terbang dan membantu kami merancang laluan di dalam taman. Sarapan pagi hanya mempunyai satu pilihan, tetapi pemandangan dari teres di mana ia dihidangkan dan makanan itu sendiri menakjubkan. Sangat disyorkan. Bernilai setiap sen dan banyak lagi.

This local hotel is about 15 mins walk from East gate and appears rather new but which still need some final touches. The facade is elaborate and the waiting area with elegant chinese style panels and have a potential to be run as a designer boutique hotel but the place can be a little more tidy. The roof top garden has the view of the mountains not unlike a chinese ink painting but it’s not operating during winter. Most importantly they have big clean rooms for 2 spacious beds with spotless beds and sheets and the two host are very helpful to explain the routes to the national park and also trying their best to explain the the choices of breakfast they serve. 5 stars for their attitude. Ps there is a slope up toward their entrance and not suitable for elderly

for the price you pay, you really can't ask for more! the location is a little further away from the east gate but you can easily get Didi to go there for RMB6. The hotel is location up a small slope though, so beware if you have someone in the group where climbing maybe a problem - that being said, this is nothing compared to the amount of walk in the national forest anyway lol. hotel owners are very nice - they helped with booking cheaper attraction tickets, provide great suggestion on the visit routes and they even send breakfast to me room every morning! I'd recommend this hotel.

A cosy Inn and within 10mins walking distance to Wuling Road and Xibu Old Street. The owner and his team are friendly and helpful. They also able to get cheaper National Park entrance tickets that can be linked to passport and access the scenary areas using face recognition, which is convenient. Room is well equipped and has heater, which is suitable esp during my winter trip. TV is not functioning but luckily we have data roaming to watch own Netflix. Breakfast is simple, which is expected for Inn. Traveller need to note that accessing the Inn has to climb steep slope, hence those who has walking difficulty may find it challenging. Still recommending the Inn to others.

The service was amazing. The owners were so kind seeing that we had a young child with us. Breakfast was noodles and each time the amount was huge. Even gave us an extra small bowl for our daughter - one day they even gave her a banana and another day they gave her yogurt 🥰 The bed was very comfy and we slept like babies. The only part that needs improvement is the washroom. There was some mold probably because the shower door doesn’t close. There were massive gaps between the shower door and the glass wall and water just sprayed everywhere. Also the shower hand held handle was hot and cold so don’t use that one. The rain shower head was fine. We never got our hand drawn map despite me asking for one but they did help us buy tickets. Not sure if it was actually cheaper or not but it was convenient for them to help us. Bottled water, toothbrush, and a shower cap was provided. They changed our towels and threw out our garbage every day when we went out. Wonderful stay overall!

locate far end of East Gate. quiet, maybe be its off peak season. staffs great for providing information to forest park and tian men mountain. room a bit dated but clean. provide daily breakfast of local noodle. beware of steep slope in front of hotel. could be a bit hard to walk for senior.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the National Park, which made exploring the stunning scenery incredibly easy. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with anything we needed. From helping us with park ticket bookings to recommending delicious local dishes, they truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious home-cooked options that made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and the owners really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie—it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area!

Beautiful place, staff us very friendly. They accommodated all our requests and gifted us mandarins.

Conveniently located 200m to Wulingyuan car/van station. There is a bus stop infront of the inn which can bring you to the east gate or 东门at ZhangJiaJie National Park for CNY2. Inn provided daily tangerine, washing machine for laundry and also daily breakfast with noodle served upon order by 2 friendly cook which comes with 1 egg, mantou, soya bean drink at the 5th floor rooftop via elevator with wonderful mountain view. It was great energy boost before starting the hike at the Park. 小袁 is patient to demonstrate how to operate the tv, advised the route to take at the Park and gave discount for purchase of grand canyon ticket which also saved time to queue at the ticket booth. 小宋 is helpful to book didi using her account to the Park as my alipay cannot be loaded and gave suggestion how to plan my program. 小卢immediately jumped to the rescue when he saw that I was running late by giving me a ride with my luggage on his own bike to the car/van station. Thank you for the great service and making my stay so enjoyable!

The hotel was very good, there was a lot of Chinese breakfast options, and get of western. It was nice, clean and tidy

The lady at the reception (I think she is also the owner) was extra nice and helpful. For this they deserve the biggest rate. She was patient enough to explain us everything with translator app and give us advices where to go. She also got us discounted tickets to all sites. So a big thank you for her. The hotel is in a quiet place (is behind the main road, you need to go up on a smaller road a little), maybe 15 minutes walk from the entrance to the parc. The rooms were clean, they even gave us the choice to choose one which we like. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast, maybe a little more variety would be nice.

Great service by friendly host couple (Chinese language) - proving a lot of useful tips and even have discount tickets to the nature parc. Nice spacious room, close to the Eastgate (8cny taxi), and close to the evening food market. Chinese breakfast at the top terrace of the hotel, with a great view of the surroundings And they helped with finding back a phone I lost in a local bus. Would highly recommend!
