Ulasan Holiday Inn Algiers - Cheraga Tower

There was no towels for the first and second day of my stay , even I emphasized twice , no hot water at night or early morning .

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cheraga and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service was excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and helpful. I would like to give special recognition to Aziz and Noureddine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Algiers.

睡覺的時候，九點多突然有人敲門並開了門。 早餐吃了，拉肚子，可能牛奶不好。 前台效率太低，退房後要回房間拿忘了的東西，等了10幾分鐘都沒協調人給我去取。 電梯太慢，沒幾個人，也得等好久。 優點是安靜，睡得好。

服務很好，二樓有健身房。前台服務也挺好

衞生：還不錯，總體還可以

在阿國這酒店算不錯的了，前台服務人員態度很好

4500一份的晚飯，前有公園後有商超，位置幾乎在山頂

安全衞生，整體環境非常不錯

Aziz and Abdellatiff provided excellent service. Friendly, polite and provided truly impressive customer service experience. They should be an example to all other staff. Kudos to both of them. Excellent! I will defenitely come here again.

I have just enjoyed an excellent two night stay at this excellent hotel. I was extremely impressed with everything. It’s a modern hotel which is well maintained. The restaurant serves delicious evening meals and breakfasts. The two pools were perfect for my needs. My room was spacious and very clean. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Every member of staff I came into contact with - reception, restaurant, bar, pool, was very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in holidayinn algeria. Cleaning staff stole 2000 dollar cash from our room and hotel staff and security was not at all supporting to us. Not even filed an official complaint and we were asking for report. Pathetic security. Please don't trust these guys and hotel staff

No one was attentive near reception … I was waiting for something for nearly 15 minutes none of them bothered to ask and most worst thing is when I order something they jus say they don’t have those items which was kept in room service menu and more over they laugh while ordering and asking am an u speak English , this is how it goes ??

Mr. Mourad who works at spa was very energetic , helpful and hardworking. He was always smiling and paid attention to smallest details just not for me but for all the customers. I hope and wish you have more employees like him as they are an asset to your organisation.
