Ulasan Molin Fengshang Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain)

Kinda old and smoke smell lurking in the room. Unfortunately we were only staying for a night. Location wise is great, 5 mins walk to food and cable car station

The location is great but the cleanliness can be improved. Our room was a bit smelly and we asked to change it. They changed our room kindly to a better room but it still had room for improvement. The amenities were not up to date, the hairdryer was old and most times was not working. The room was specious and had a great view over Tianmen mountain.

Good Location. Comfy and big room and near to the cable car station. Nearby got many foods.

The location was great right at the cable car station, but the service really poor. I booked 3 rooms for my family with 8 peoples and assigned as 2 rooms with 3 people but room was nit ready when we checked it at 3 pm plus room was gor 2 people only. And i wanted to buy a breakfast for all of us but hey refused as just hanged it up on website to make more bookings only. This is very bad place except location nothing good and really bad attitude of the service.

Mountain View from the hotel is astonishing. Travel alone or with friends you can book this hotel as it has bigger rooms which are clean. Location is appropriate as it is just 200-300 meters from the cableway station in the city. It’s one of the best hotels with good location.

Cleaner aunty was very helpful for room service, room is clean and tidy, location best . High floor nice view

It is located in front of the Tiamen Mountain cable car station . The amenities are well equipped and easy to get Didi .

- Good location, around 15 mins by car to airport/ train stations. Few mins walk to Tianmen cable car by foot and 38 mins to Zhangjiajie national park by car (east entry), and 10 mins by car to 72wonder tower - walkable to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.. - clean, nice view on mountains, easy and fast check in

This is just next to cable car station, you can see the ticket office and can walk there in 2-3 minutes. Hotel is good with decent facilities, but don't expect any service from staffs even if you request them.

Amazing location, amazing reception, amazing room But cleanliness is abit lacking and unfortunately our toilet was clogged. Overall it’s not a bad hotel.

The room is very conveniently located just beside the cable car station. Clean and affordable

Location is very conveniently located near to the Tianmen Cable Car station (within walking distance). Room 2 bedded is comfortable with enough space for our bags. There are restaurants around the area and easily accessible.

Very centric location, a short walk from the cable car station. There are several convenience stores downstairs and staff at the hotel are very nice. They brought water and toiletries to our room every day. The elevators and hallways are outdated and smell like cigarette smoke, but the room itself was very modern, clean and non-smoking.
