It's been a marvellous 4-night stay that we extended another nifht. Receptionist xiao lee is very helpful and approachable to advise us on the itinery at zhangjiajie national forest and the grand canyon. He helpedbua with booking of the tickets and was very honest to return us a refund when he realised that my husband could get a greater diacount at age 65. The breakfast was good and auntie cooked very well. The place is very clean and the rooms neat and spacious. It is also a 15min walk to the national forest.

I stayed here for 4 nights in December 2024. The location was fantastic, just a minutes walk down from the main street and about 20 minute walk to the main entrance to the park. Easy! My room was faultless, it contained everything I needed, was clean, and had a great bed. The use of the washing machine was so helpful, especially after travelling for a couple of weeks. Breakfasts were basic but nice, enough to fill you up for the day. Even though the manager didn't speak much english, he had a great little translater that worked a treat, he was always there to help and guided me to where and what I should see and do. Very nice man! Highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

The staff are very helpful and patient while giving very good recommendations and making bookings of the attractions for us. The room is clean and comfortable. There are free water and breakfast. Location is convenient too. Highly recommend everyone to stay there!

Host is awesome! He provided lots of valuable knowledge about each attraction in Zhangjiajie and recommended the best routes to take. He helped with booking of our tickets to all the attractions and was very prompt in responding to our requests.
The room was huge and all amenities were provided. Very valuable for money. We even got complimentary breakfast offered by the great host. Thank you!
Location is great with lots of food options surrounding the hotel.

We booked this place last minute and it turned out to be a really positive experience! The host was really helpful and spoke English. He helped us book our tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, and recommended an appropriate itinerary for two seniors with mobility considerations. He gave us local restaurant recommendations with discounts and offered us complimentary breakfast in the morning. The room was in great condition and met all of our needs. We were able to do a load of laundry for free. Highly recommended!

Boss was very helpful planning my itinerary for wulingyuan and tianmen. He speaks English very well, so very foreigner friendly. He gave me free breakfast, simple but enough to fuel me for my hikes. He helped me book everything and I got lost the first night and called him and helped me get back 😅. It is about a 15 minute walk to dongmen of wulingyuan, which is no problem for serious hikers. The room is simple and comfortable, only needed a place to lay my head, as most of the day I was hiking. Very close to snack street, where you can get food after your hikes. For anyone doing wulingyuan, if you are serious about it, don’t take any of the transportations apart from the free bus, you will find hidden areas where there are no people. All the places where the cable cars lead to will be filled with masses of people.
