Lokasi hotel ini sangat baik, beberapa ratus meter dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah, dan terdapat banyak pilihan tempat makan di sekitar, yang sangat mudah. Ia terletak kira-kira satu kilometer dari Muzium Henan dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke sana. Biliknya OK, bersih dan tenang, anda boleh meminta kakitangan membuka tingkap untuk pengudaraan. Lobi berada di tingkat 48, dan anda perlu pergi ke lif untuk turun ke tingkat bawah. Saya menempah bilik bebas rokok. 房間很大，衛生很乾凈，淋浴的設備也很好。智能系統是百度的智能控制，還不錯。 有三個小意見： 1. 玻璃有點臟，對觀景視野有很大影響。 2. 衹有一個洗烘一體機，需要排隊洗衣烘乾。 3. 前台在17樓，應該在一樓和樓外加一些引導指示。目前的情況確實是不太好找。 不過瑕不掩瑜，總體上是很好的。

This is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apartment. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apartment and I couldn't find any single serviced apartment listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.

一次十分驚喜的體驗，出差來這裏入住 1.停車免費，並且停車場很大 2.性價比超級高，服務非常熱情 3.大堂免費的零食還是比較好吃的 4.他們家的米皮肉夾饃非常好吃 5.真是古色古香的，比較有文化氣息的酒店。 6.我睡覺比較輕，重點就是安靜。是睡覺的地方！

非常好的一次住宿體驗，酒店的前台小姐姐很熱情，工作人員的服務意識都很贊，早餐很豐富，味道也很好，酒店門口就是快速路，去哪裡都很方便，以後還會再次入住的。

第一次來鄭州遊玩，入住時候在前台詢問各種遊玩事情小姐姐都很耐心的回答，房間打掃的很乾凈， 設施：新裝修的房間都是智能的，電動馬桶，天冷馬桶還可以加熱，很舒服。有很大的停車場，就自己院子裏，不像其他的酒店在地下比較麻煩。 環境：一近院子裏就有一個很大的魚池，還有一個小公園，環境很好，距離正弘城不到一公里，地鐵站就在酒店出門20 米的地方，出行很方便。鄭州動物園距離酒店兩公園，坐地鐵很快，帶家人小朋友真的很好逛。 這次出來對鄭州的印象這麼多很好，河南人真的很熱情，很滿意，酒店也推薦大家入住！！

帶着孩子出來玩，找到了這家店，離正弘城很近，地鐵站附近，交通便利，出行方便。房間裏乾淨衞生，整體裝修簡潔明亮，還有大大的落地窗。房間設施還不錯的，空間大，住着舒服，樓下還有個花園，酒店對面還有小公園。晚上吃過飯帶孩子散步也安全。服務員也熱情，有問必答，下次到鄭州還來！

Lobi hotel kecil tetapi susun aturnya sangat hangat. Pihak hotel juga menyediakan meja perkhidmatan yang prihatin untuk peperiksaan dengan sangat rapat. 喜歡夢幻系那個粉色花房，可惜訂完了。就住了同系列這間紅色花房，也挺好，房間很有設計感，空間也大，有沙發和搖椅，大浴缸，大圓床，體驗感還是不錯的。除了花灑頭接頭漏水，打電話前台説暫時沒辦法修，衹能將就用，其他都可以。

入住和退房時的前台很熱情，打算去河南博物院，約的一點半跟團，在前台放了行李就直接走了，五點多回來，前台小姑娘直接給升級了房型，比原來定的房大了很多，退房流程也很快，房卡交前台就可以，基本不用等。 東風路地鐵D口出來上到一層步行幾十米就到酒店，吃飯很方便，到鄭弘城8樓7樓就是正弘城的美食層，B1層是美食一條街，很多小吃，帶孩子來的，吃飯基本不用走太多路。房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，基本上可以和大點的酒店相比。酒店內部環境也很乾凈，淡淡的清香味，孩子也很喜歡🤭。 總體來説，服務熱情，環境衞生過關，設施很貼心，性價比很高，而且離河南博物院比較近，來玩的推薦入住！
