I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were great—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully provided. I also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket just a short walk away. The Korean BBQ two to three shop away is amazing! I highly recommend you try it. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very good hotel. The location is great. A lot of local foods within walking distance as well as a bus station around the corner. The room is clean and big. The receptionist and the staffs are responsive and helpful. Greatly recommend.

The hotel is very near to old town, very convenient. The hotel renovation is great, equip with baidu speaker that connect the whole room AI, also have a mini washing machine. Didn’t capture the room picture but these are some nearby area attractions.

The front desk lady is friendly to children. The hotel provides children's slippers and children's toiletries. The room is clean and sanitary, and there are retro sofas. There was a construction project in the morning that affected the guests' rest. The front desk lady immediately helped to upgrade the room. The service of the front desk lady is worthy of praise👍

The location is super close to Manzumi. You can check in after putting down your luggage. It's not too far to walk to the park. The bedding and towels are clean, the bed is big, and the table can be moved, which is very convenient for eating takeout. The room can voice control the air conditioner, lights and curtains. It is very quiet at night. The smart toilet can be heated. The only drawback is that the bathroom area is a little strange. There is a mini washing machine in the room that can be used. Overall, it is a very satisfactory travel and accommodation experience!

The room was clean and the front desk was fast during check-in. However, staff training needs to be strengthened. It was nearly 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-in, but I couldn't open the door of my room. Didn't anyone check this problem before selling the room? I didn't understand and she didn't explain. She asked me to go upstairs and asked the housekeeping department to help me. The housekeeping staff came and said it was a battery problem, and I asked them to change the batteries now. But she refused me, saying that she had to get off work at 12 o'clock, and asked me to go to the front desk to find someone to open the door for me if I wanted to go out? ? ? ? ? ? ? She said it was very troublesome for her to go to the 7th floor to get the tools? ? ? ? ? ? After I directly refused her many times, she went reluctantly. He came back after a while and replaced the battery in less than two minutes. So what were you being so stubborn about before? Is it intentional to make people uncomfortable? Hope it can be improved. Apart from the staff, I think the hotel facilities are very nice and beautiful. The bed is also comfortable and I slept very well! It's very close to the nearby food streets and attractions. Overall, I would go there again.
