Great smelling toiletries but that's about it. We had issues from the moment we tried to check in because they incorrectly booked our room and then when they changed it we got to the room to find that they had given us the wrong booking again and when we finally got the right room there wasn't even an apology. They should really remove the western out of their breakfast description because all they had that was western was toast and eggs. Everything we asked for we were told they didn't have or couldn't do and the attitude of the front desk staff was underwhelming at best.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the room is quite big, the location is good, and you can see the sea view. The room has a bit of smell, which is inevitable at the seaside. Parking is a bit troublesome, the underground garage is dim, and it is not very convenient next to the hotel.

How should I put it? Don't be fooled by some bad reviews. Although this hotel has some shortcomings, overall, this is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked early and it only cost 400 yuan. I stayed in a sea view room. The bed was very comfortable, but a little small. The room is so big, the bed should be 1.5 meters long. Since there are 3 of us in my group, I asked for an extra quilt and slept by the bay window, looking at the unbeatable scenery. How comfortable it was. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good and very kind. What surprised me was that the takeaway was delivered by a robot. It was the first time I encountered this and it was very funny. I really wanted to block its way to see if it would curse. To be honest, the breakfast was not as good as others said. There were many varieties, but I didn't eat it. I asked the lady to send one more, but she refused. I could only give it to my parents. However, I figured that there was no one watching the restaurant (everyone was busy collecting plates) so if I really sneaked in to eat, no one would ask. But I didn't bother to do that and I wasn't hungry. I'm a Western chef, so I took a glance and it was just so-so to me (for example, bacon, etc., was also synthetic meat). All in all, this hotel is the best one in Dinghai area in my opinion, with a very high cost-effectiveness, provided that you book early. If I have to find some shortcomings, I can only complain about the underground garage. It's dirty, but they don't even want to install more lights. It's dim and cold. If you want to stay in Dinghai City, Zhoushan, this hotel is pretty good. Convenient parking, clean and sanitary, good breakfast, Chinese and Western style. The front desk service is also good, and if it is off-season, they will upgrade the room for free. The stay is good.
