Ulasan Xinhaorun Holiday Hotel Haotong Building (Zhuhai Gongbei Port)

The locations was good,the room was spacious .Firstly all the USB mobile charging port was not working ,no telephone to contact the helpdesk ,but thanks to the we chat id ,i message them and they help me out with this problem by providing the charging plug ... And secondly ,Something weird happen with me while i was about to take shower ,somebody start knocking my door and after i open i saw 2 policeman outside the door they enter the room n start asking for my passport ...*** man i m half naked preparing for bath ...i dont know if it was a real checking or just to disturb people ,anyone pls let me know if this happens always in a hotel room in zhuhai or not ..

The room is bright with big windows overlooking the border of Macau. The beds and bathroom are clean although the mattress is hard. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes’ walking distance to the closest entrance of the underground shopping mall connected to the Gongbei port. It is easy to get a cab right in front of the hotel. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel. However, front desk members of staff are unwilling to provide details about public buses going to the Zhuhai Macau bridge or help call a cab. They just ask foreigners who do not have access to the local WeChat apps/maps to search online via WeChat.

Very near to train station and custom to Macau. Walking distance within 5mins

Comfortable and roomy room for family. Non-smoking room has no lingering smoke smell. Walking distance from Zhuhai Gongbei Port and next to local bus stations and long distance bus station. Close to mall and supermarket. Many budget food around. Will definitely stay again next time.

Front desk 阿琳(Annie) was very helpful and friendly.. check-in was smooth and no issue at all.. hotel location is perfect, just opposite gongbei port. Room is great with great air-cond.. highly recommended.

Good location. Within walking distance to many eateries. The bus terminal is around the hotel and is convenient.

Very good location near to Gombei Macau border. Ideal choice if someone plane to travel to Macau but arrive too late and the border has closed.

Overall is a great experience. Location is very good near to gongbei underground shipping mall. Nice trip,will book this hotel if I am traveling to Zhuhai again 😇 ** add on the hotel look old , but the air-con heater all is in good condition

I have been staying at this hotel for almost 20 years and the hotel change name several times. Not like before, last time better. Service need to improve.
