Hotel Romantik di Zhuhai

I stayed here for 7 days, by the 5th day the bathroom shower was clogged and the bathroom had flooded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and changed me to a different room. The hotel room was very big and the air conditioning was great for these hot days.

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

萬山島靜雲山莊，一個遠離城市喧囂的避風港，這家高端度假酒店以獨特的現代中國風建築理念和依山勢而建的錯落有致的設計，成功地將酒店與周邊的水色山光融為一體，讓人彷彿置身於一幅美麗的畫卷之中。 酒店的房間設計精緻，房間內部裝潢古香古色，同時配備了智能客控系統，每個房間都有一個ipad用於操控，極大地提升了居住的便捷性和舒適度。 這次住的庭院大床房，有個小院子，還有一個很寬敞的陽台，衞生間也很寬敞，浴缸都經過消毒，整體來説，房間的品質和舒適度還是值得肯定的。 靜雲山莊的無邊際泳池是其一大亮點，28米長的海景無邊際泳池讓天空、大海和泳池三者無縫相接，給人一種置身於仙境的錯覺。在泳池邊享受着海風輕拂，欣賞着古樹飄香和日落晚霞，無疑是一種極致的享受。 服務方面，山莊提供管家式服務，點名表揚一下管家小敏，服務非常貼心，從接送服務到安排環島遊、觀日出日落、海釣等活動，山莊都能一一滿足客人的需求。還貼心的送了暈船貼、提供了香茅茶防止暈船。 在餐飲方面，酒店提供的下午茶、晚餐和早餐都讓人回味無窮。尤其是以當地新鮮海鮮為主的餐飲，每天都有漁船出海捕撈，確保食材的新鮮美味。此外，酒店還擁有休閑酒吧、書舍等休閑場所，讓客人在享受美食的同時，也能感受到書香雅趣和休閑氛圍。 這裡是渴望遠離城市喧囂、享受寧靜與自然的遊客的理想之選。 不足的地方是萬山島本身配套比較匱乏，幾乎衹能在酒店玩，而酒店的娛樂設備也比較少，衹有一個泳池和spa、書吧；早餐種類很少，味道很一般，可能也和島內物資匱乏有關係（據説島上的水價是市區的好幾倍）。 儘管存在一些不足，但酒店的整體環境還是值得稱讚的。對於想要體驗海島風光的遊客來説，這裏無疑是一個不容錯過的選擇。

It was a lovely this stay! Everything was amazing, from the bedroom design, comfort and amenities! Totally recommend!

這家loft真的很棒！空間設計得很合理，住起來很舒服。最棒的是這裡有幾衹超可愛的小貓，它們超級親人，給我的居住體驗加了不少分。工作人員也很友好，有什麼需要都能及時解決。真心推薦給愛貓的朋友們！

設施：很齊全 有投影儀可以看電影電視劇 觀感很好 衞生：房間和床鋪都很乾凈 服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度很好 很耐心 延遲退房也很爽快 下次想出來玩還會來住嘟！

The hotel is new, very clean, comfortable and stylish with a magnificent view to a Zhuhai Macau Bridge, which looks like a pearl necklace in the dark. Breakfasts were delicious, especially wonton soup, don’t miss the chance to order it to a friendly chief! Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Zhang Yan Xin, she always made extra efforts to explain to us in English everything we needed and even made a heads-up about sunrise time, so we didn’t miss it, though bed was too comfortable to leave it early. We loved everything and will definitely will come again! Thank you so much!!

Great stay at Travel Tree Inn! It looked just like the photos, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. They offered most amenities, making our visit comfortable. We would definitely love to return! Highly recommend!

訂了續住 刷不了卡然後跑下去問前台 當時晚上三點多 前台是個男的 第一晚就已經跟另一位前台溝通過了讓啊姨不用打掃房間了 然後隨口問了句啊姨沒有幫我們打掃房間吧 然後那個男的很大聲 對我們發脾氣的説我怎麼知道啊 我11點上班來問我幹嘛 我又不知道 很大聲的説 有這麼對待客人？ 你不知道可以語氣好點的説不知道就好了 用得着這樣子嗎 我男朋友説好好説話 然後那個男的説不知道就是不知道啊 還是很大聲的説 真的換誰誰都生氣吧 以後誰還來這個酒店啊 隨口問句就那樣 進電梯了還在那裡大聲的説 還在那裡吐槽
