GGuest UserThe thing that sells this hotel is the location, it’s just on the edge of bardollino, a quiet spot a couple of minutes walk from the front of the hotel into town or take a longer stroll out the back of the hotel along the promenade lake front (10 mins to town)
Loads of choice for the breakfast, pool bar was great for lunch and had complimentary snacks (crisps, nuts) in the afternoon. There’s a couple of free coffee/tea machines dotted around too if you look for them.
Rooms were nice, nothing luxurious but clean and presentable. Complimentary bottle of wine and toiletries were nice touch. Beds were a little hard and only one thin pillow each. But we had a quiet room with a nice balcony

There is only one important information- cleaning ladies are very loud specially in the afternoon. They are talking very loud and close the doors without controlling to be gentle, they are shutting doors that all rooms are vibrating!
Breakfast is very good and service is great!
Coffee shop in the Hotel is also good but no any kind of sweets! Only ice cream!
Generally everything is fine and we will be back soon!

虫虫虫LucMarilyn Red Hotel, where Mari has lived! Although the room is not as big as the picture, it is a very refined hotel. Just next to the Verona Round Theatre, in the heart of the scenic area, basically walking to all the attractions, time can be controlled within half an hour! The luxury street next door is enough for a whole day. The Michelin recommended restaurant downstairs, the price is also reasonable, the train station is also 15 minutes walk, no need to worry about the location of the hotel. It was just that the bar on the rooftop had a private banquet that day, but I couldn’t experience it, but it felt great at night!

JJoshUna hall elegante, ampia e ben arredata. Camere altrettanto ampie e arredate in gusto classicheggiante.
Punti deboli sono proprio le piscine termali, specie quella esterna, piuttosto piccola e poco curata (il piastrellato al di sopra del livello dell'acqua era incrostato e scurito per mancanza di adeguata pulizia). Nei momenti di confusione riesce difficile poterne usufruire, se poi ci sono anche famiglie con bambini la pace e il relax sono pressoché impossibili, il che non dovrebbe accadere in un luogo termale dove si va per stare in assoluto relax. Il giardino è di modeste dimensioni, ma ben curato. Gli ombrelloni insufficienti rispetto al numero di lettini e di persone presenti. Sauna e bagno turco sono davvero minuscoli, e poichè la capienza è di 2/4 persone, bisogna attendere per poterci entrare, talvolta anche molto.
Altro punto debole è la colazione, sia per poca varietà che per scarsa qualità. Inoltre, non si è liberi di sedersi dove si vuole, poiché i tavoli vengono assegnati, e ciò comporta anche il disagio di dover fare un lungo percorso tra i tavoli e da una saletta all'altra per raggiungere la postazione delle vivande.
Abbiamo notato anche e soprattutto che in due giorni c'era sempre lo stesso personale, dalla mattina alla sera, e che la stessa persona che avevamo visto pulire il pavimento attorno alla piscina interna, un attimo dopo serviva ai tavoli e l'indomani mattina serviva la colazione...insomma: storia di ordinario sfruttamento dei lavoratori. In definitiva, nulla rendeva giustizia alle 5 stelle di cui si fregia. Nel complesso sarebbe tutt'al più un 3 stelle.

GGuest UserAs soon as we arrived, we had to change the room twice because different things did not go, then to not change continuously as we were tired, we accepted the third room and stayed there despite all things that did not go like: the pad was not going down, the water was not flowing well in the washing room and they had to stir it to flow well, the top of the water circle moved everything, the hair dryer did not work, They had to remove one lamp over the mirror because the electric wire was out, so also dangerous because the nearby shower was there, then they were waving works and close parkings. The Spa is not special. The staff was not as kind and comfortable as it should be. The breakfast is very low. The structure is all to be renovated and the price does not match what you should receive. Sorry I did not take pictures to show you the vision of things, I learned for the next time.
All of us were very disappointed and we will no longer return to give all that money to a 4-star hotel that doesn't shine.
If you don't believe it, check yourself for your supporters or customers and check if things are really like that, but in this period.

AAlexei KA great hotel with relaxed rest. Large spacious rooms. They are already a little bit out of the way, but still in good condition. Comfortable bed. Beautiful breakfasts and excellent spa zone. Responsible staff. We enjoyed very much accommodation. The only minus is that there is no place to go for a walk. But if the hotel's holiday goal is not necessary )
