We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

Rinnovata da poco è una hotel grande e accogliente. Colazione buona e abbondante, stanze pulite. Piscina interna ed esterna. L’acqua è calda ma un pò troppo trattata.

I just arrived for the first time at this lovely hotel. I was greeted warmly with a smile by Andrea and offered a choice of two different rooms. Tomaso brought everything up before I could blink and deposited it in my room. Upon learning I needed something to keep from falling in the bath he immediately brought not one but two bath mats. The dinner was abundant and so flavorful. The choice of salads alone would have sufficed but as there were four courses I dutifully had each one! The sea bream was fresh and heavenly, served with attentive care by Alice. What I also noticed is that the restaurant was full of mostly Italians. Its always a good sign when there are a lot of local guests. Everyone looked happy and comfortable. And this is still low season! In the morning I met the lovely Samanta, with whom I had corresponded to book the room. She is smiling, knowledgeable and speaks a beautiful English. I asked to have a pool view room and she worked very hard to accommodate me. Then I met Victoria, the lovely Spa coordinator, who listened to me explain in my not so perfect Italian about all my aches and pains. She then introduced Maximilian, who is so knowledgeable about the body I immediately knew he would be the best massage therapist. Then suddenly it was time for lunch, with more gorgeous salads, and eggplant parmesan served with flourish by the handsome young waiter. I haven't yet used the pool, but it must be like everything else in the Hotel Antoniano: Warm, inviting, and caressing you with a gentle welcome. Come and be welcome. You won't regret it.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel per la terza volta nel periodo invernale e ci torneremo ancora. Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli, l'area termale dotata di piscina interna ed esterna, idromassaggi, sauna, ecc. Il personale è preparato e gentile e il cibo è ottimo e vario. La zona, vicino a Padova, Vicenza e non lontano da Venezia, è ricchissima di siti splendidi da visitare. Anche la cittadina di Abano è vivace e piacevole, con addobbi natalizi davvero particolari.

Beim Check-In mussten wir erfahren, dass wir für unsere 5jährige Tochter extra 100,- EUR pro Nacht in unserer gebuchten Junior-Suite bezahlen müssen. Sie benötigt kein extra Bett, frühstückt ein Brötchen und hat in 4 Nächten 3 Handtücher gebraucht. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hatte trotz allem guten zureden keine Gnade. Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gelaufen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich nach einem Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gesucht habe. Ich hatte mich dann nicht gewundert, dass nur 2 Personen auf der Bestätigung standen, da wir in Deutschland ja per Zimmer und nicht per Person zahlen. Die Dame begleitet uns dann aufs Zimmer. Als wir sie batten ein Lagen über beide Betten zu legen, sagte sie kein Problem, ging und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Vorher hatte sie darauf bestanden uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns alles zu erklären. Uns wurde also weder WLAN noch der wunderschöne SPA Bereich erklärt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr distanziert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Gäste viel freundlicher behandelt wurden. Ich denke, wir waren nicht die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wir werden dorthin nie wieder zurückkehren und ich ärgere mich über die 1400,- EUR, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben. Wir wollten das Hotel eigentlich nutzen um uns nach langen Messtagen etwas zu erholen. Das war nicht der Fall.

Its location wasnt great for our purpose as we were there to attend the Vicenza Fiera and the hotel didnt provide a shuttle service like their sister hotel but fortunately we arranged transport with other business customers we knew. If you were there for holiday purpose im sure the location is great. The thermal pool is wonderful and all the spa facilities. Restaurant buffet was very good and the bar was great to relax in every evening. Highly recommend .

As gorgeous as this hotel has been once upon a time it lost its luster. Great lobby and very pleasant hospitality team, but it lacks modern amenities. We had a great room, two bathrooms and a separate living room. It had plenty of closet space but the drawers did not work properly, because the chest of drawers was over fourth years old. Although both bathrooms are done in beautiful marble it is impossible to take a relaxing shower- the water turns from cold to scalding on its own. The quality of the soaps and body wash is inferior, it was very difficult to wash off the oil after the massage. The shower had is positioned in a way that it splashes all over, one must be careful not to slip. The marble could use some polish, there were numerous spots on the floor. I had a massage and was surprised that my masseuse did not ask me a single question, she slavered me with oil and used warm stones. No was I offered a glass of water or shown to the relaxation room. I just went straight to my room upstairs. The desk in the room is against the wall with no outlets, which makes it hard to use a computer. Breakfast is very basic, not really a five star quality. Very disappointed

I stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but was dreadfully disappointed. The indoor pool area was gross - literally hundreds of wet towels piled on top of chaise lounges - I've never seen so many dirty towels in my life. The pool room is dark and dingy, giving off a creepy vibe. The outdoor pools are better, but some are in need of refurbishment. Although it's a health spa, the general health of most of the guests did not look particularly good. The landscaping needs attention as well - overgrown grass and weeds everywhere. The lobby and public areas are clean. The food in the bistro is okay, but low considering the high standard in this part of Italy. Breakfast is another nightmare - not enough food on the messy and disorganized buffet; rude and pushy guests, very low quality food - most looked unappetizing or inedible. The front desk is competent but had to be pressed to do anything a little extra, but the attitude vastly improved when a tip was offered. The rooms are clean and basic - nothing luxurious at all. We had a top level room on the 4th floor, so it was spacious, but the bed was overly firm and uncomfortable. No idea how this is a five star - it seems that a hotel can self classify - it's on par with a large Hyatt in the states.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Plaza hotel Abano Terms, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction from the moment I arrived. The luxurious accommodations and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to there on my next visit. Highly recommended

Highly recommend Hotel Mioni Pezzato! Spent a wonderful week; therapists are fantastic; received especially professional and therapeutic treatments from the therapist, Alessio. employees of the hotel are so friendly and attend to your every need and wish. Will return for sure!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa struttura situata a ridosso della zona pedonale in completo relax. Cibo buono e abbondante, ottime verdure, con scelte sia di carne che di pesce. Piscine adeguate e confortevoli, con possibilità di prenotare numerosi servizi extra (fanghi, massaggi, ecc...). Anche il servizio bar buono. Stanza spaziosa, con bella vista sul davanti e sul centro del paese. Pulizia ok. Personale preparato, professionale e cortese, soprattutto la reception. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'unico neo che ha avuto il nostro soggiorno è stata la maleducazione di un massaggiatore il quale, in seguito ad una semplice domanda, ha pensato di rispondere in un modo veramente non adeguato e poco professionale. Ovviamente il tutto è stato riferito in reception. Veramente un peccato che una struttura di questo genere venga penalizzata dalla maleducazione di dipendenti evidentemente scocciati...
