Ранее в этом замечательном отеле мы бывали неоднократно. Практически невозможно, но на наш взгляд отель стал еще лучше. Сервис качественный и незаметный, еда очень вкусная, бассейны несколько изменили - отделали мрамором и немного понизили температуру в основном бассейне, что положительно сказалось на возможности в меру продолжительных заплывов. На рецепции русскоговорящие девушки, Александра и Татьяна всегда помогут с решением любых вопросов. Главное, конечно, абсолютно спокойная, умиротворяющая атмосфера отеля, спокойствие и дружелюбие в роскошных интерьерах и номерах. Но есть и нюансы, например, достаточно высокая лояльность (возможно, излишняя) отеля к курению. Также, несмотря на декларирование политики ”только для взрослых” дети в этот раз все-таки были. впрочем, никого не беспокоили. Наш вердикт очевидный - если Абано-Терме, то отель Гранд Абано.

Kakitangan dan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, kolam terma yang sangat besar dan pusaran air yang sangat baik, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik, bilik yang telah diubah suai tetapi tingkap dan bidai yang sangat lama! Secara keseluruhan hotel yang bagus dan lokasi pusat dengan kolam yang indah menjadikannya hotel yang bagus! Terlalu buruk untuk tingkap dan tingkap yang sangat lama.

das Hotel bietet alles was man sich wünscht, man darf aber nicht pingelig sein. an manchen Möbel blättert z. b. das Funier ab. Aber alles andere wunderbar, gute Betten, Badezimmer perfekt, die Küche hervorragend. die Thermaleinrichtungen vielfältig, schön und sehr entspannend. auch gibt es viele Sportmögluchkeiten..Wir fahren wieder hin!!!!

Wir machen hier nun schon mehrfach einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Hause. Einige Tage Gardasee in schöner Umgebung. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und doch kann man in wenigen Gehminuten in Bardolino am See sein. Die Leute sind sehr nett. Besonders Paula, die uns morgens den Kaffee zubereitete, ist ein Sonnenschein und lässt uns den Tag mit einem Lächeln beginnen. In dem großzügigen Innebereich mit Pools und Wellnessbereich kann man auch im Hotel selbst entspannen. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Aus unserem Zimmer im zweiten Stock hatten wir sogar Seeblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich, vielfältig und sehr gut.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

Albergo bello,colazione perfetta....servizi a pagamento molto cari comunque, pesonale addetto alla colazione inadeguato per il tipo di hotel, così come i fiori di plastica in tavola in un quattro stelle non si possono vedere!! Dotazione del bagno priva di accessori a parte sapone nei dispenser

Soggiorno perfetto e gradevole presso questa struttura. Personale molto attento a tutto. Cucina molto buona e varia.

Terme molto belle con diverse piscine ed anche la presenza di sauna - cena buona ed abbondante (antipasti e dolci serviti a buffet). Per lavoro ho scelto una stanza economy e, nonostante la pulizia ben fatta, ho notato piccoli difetti che con poco potrebbero essere messi a posto ( cinghia della tapprella usurata infisso scrostato, vetrata della doccia che si muoveva fuori dal percorso previsto tanto da farmi tenere potesse cadere ecc.ecc.) insomma piccole cose che, se messe a posto, avrebbero reso la stanza più accettabile.
