I recently had the pleasure of staying at Plaza hotel Abano Terms, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction from the moment I arrived. The luxurious accommodations and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to there on my next visit. Highly recommended

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

Camera molto spaziosa, con disponibilità di ogni comfort. L'ambiente risulta tranquillo, sia nell'hotel che nella struttura termale! Le terme e la Spa sono ben strutturate.

Hotel well placed and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful pool as well as the sauna and steam room. Great restaurant, friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The poolside aperitif is wonderful and doesn't cost a fortune. The pool water temperature is very pleasant and never too hot.

Rinnovata da poco è una hotel grande e accogliente. Colazione buona e abbondante, stanze pulite. Piscina interna ed esterna. L’acqua è calda ma un pò troppo trattata.

E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo presso le Residenze di Villa dei Cedri. La prima volta è stata un'esperienza eccellente, per questo siamo tornati. Purtroppo, nonostante l'estrema gentilezza dello staff, il parco veramente incantevole e la splendida vasca idromassaggio presente nell'appartamento, il secondo soggiorno non è stato sempre all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Il monolocale, questa volta, si affacciava sulla strada e non essendo insonorizzato, si sentivano tutti i rumori: dal passaggio di auto, moto, apecar, nettezza urbana.., alle chiacchere delle persone in strada. Inoltre, (questo aspetto però non è assolutamente imputabile alla struttura), la maleducazione delle persone sopra/di fianco (?) al nostro appartamento che hanno utilizzato comunque la vasca idromassaggio nelle ore notturne (cosa espressamente vietata) dalle 22 alle 23,45 ha causato un tale e continuo rumore che ha reso difficile rilassarsi e, addirittura, ascoltare anche la tv se non ad un volume altissimo. Alle 4 del mattino, infine, ci ha svegliato la tv di un altro appartamento che si sentiva distintamente. Per concludere: se prenotate, chiedete espressamente di non avere i locali sulla strada e.. sperate di essere fortunati ed avere vicini educati: a queste condizioni, il soggiorno è consigliatissimo!

Con grande rammarico scrivo questa recensione. Siamo clienti dell'Antoniano, io e mio marito, dal 2013, lavoriamo quindi facciamo solo i fine settimana ma in cui ci concediamo tutto massaggi, pranzi cene e late check out; negli anni è stato sempre sinonimo di ottima struttura, con attenzioni verso i propri clienti ed un rapporto qualità prezzo super! Negli anni la qualità è rimasta pressoché immutata fino al cambio di gestione con la quale il declino è stato molto rapido: quantitativo di gente sproporzionato a ciò che riesce a sopportare la struttura, le piscine soprattutto; questo sabato nel pomeriggio ho contato 80 persone nella piscina principale. Lettini appiccicati uno all'altro a voler contenere più persone possibili: il risultato è l'effetto di uno stanzone di ospedale stracolmo, con un forte rumore bambini che urlano genitori che urlano più dei bambini ed ovviamente in questo scenario il relax è totalmente impossibile! Abbiamo provato allora ad optare per la sala relax in cui fino a poco tempo fa c'erano 7-8 lettini adesso sono una ventina ovviamente incollati uno all'altro, con all'interno persone che non hanno evidentemente compreso il concetto di silenzio... quindi anche qui il relax latita! In questo quadro di sovraffollamento generale contribuiscono anche gli esterni all'hotel, mio marito si è trovato con tutto il telo bagnato in cui qualcuno si era asciugato e le sue cose spostate, senza contare che altre volte non siamo riusciti a trovare un lettino disponibile e ci siamo dovuti accomodare su una sedia! Oltre a tutto questo c'è la chiara finalità di voler spillare fino all'ultimo centesimo dai clienti; per fare solo un esempio, il late check out ovvero poter tenere la camera anche il giorno di partenza se fino a qlc mese fa costava 40 euro adesso sono 40 euro per tenerla un paio d'ore in più sennó sono 100! In conclusione: troppa gente, scarsa attenzione verso gli ospiti dell'hotel rispetto agli esterni rendono la struttura appetibile solo a chi vuole passare qualche ora in piscina e nulla più. Se si cerca relax, con dispiacere, devo dire che l'Hotel Antoniano non è più adatto!

Ho soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.

Hotel elegante che offre servizi di alta qualità sia dal punto di vista delle cure termali e sia dal punto di vista gastronomico. Le cure termali sono di ottimo livello ed eseguite da valenti professionisti. Il ristorante è gestito in maniera eccellente ed i piatti sono sempre di prima qualità. Le camere sono istate, n gran parte, completamente rinnovate e curate a fondo nella pulizia giornaliera.

Che dire sono diversi anni che optiamo x questo hotel e sincero non posso lamentarmi di nulla , pulizia delle camere eccellenti , la cucina e il fiore all’occhiello xk tutti i giorni pranzo e cena si trova sempre pesce , problemi di celiacia o altro lo chef sempre pronto a risolvere il problema , e che dire del personale tutti sempre gentili e disponibili x qualsiasi cosa o problema non manca mai nulla qualità prezzo nella media x la qualità dei sevizii dati , parcheggio comodo e coperto da antigrandine e poi siamo 5 minuti dal centro viale pedonale. La piscina è sempre curata e pulita compreso l’area verde,sauna e grotta del sale compreso fanghi e massaggi . Abbiamo passato 4 giorni spettacolari e un grazie a tutto lo staff del Bologna dalla titolare sempre molto disponibile a Stefano Debora Filippo grazie di tutto a presto Giangi & Lucy

The hotel is nice, breakfast good buffet with variety of food. The room cleaning service ok and how they reasset the bed fir the daily cleanup is not accettable and dies not meet the standard from the tourist industry. The changing rooms in the indoor swimming pool are old, dirty and need urgently renovation. Staff at the reception is unfriendly, even not say thank you for staying with us or hello welcome in iur hotel, nothing. I would expect friendlier staff welcoming guests in a friendlier way.
