i was planning to stay here for 3 days, but due to the typhoon i have no choice to extend it, and all i can say the experience to stay at this hotel just got even better. They gave me a complimentary upgrade for my room, which really satisfied me and my partner. I’d definitely comeback. No complain 🙏🏻

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

Booked and boarded shuttle after watching the 8pm fireworks at Penguin Hotel. Amenities include hair dryer, slippers, towels and bathrobes, TV. The Duck themed room included Lego blocks and the tent which our kids loved.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. It was quiet , clean and we had good service. It was close to the event that we needed to attend and it’s about 55 minutes away from the city. If you looking for a relaxing, quiet place then you should definitely visit.

The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay. The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy. The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

SSYED AHMAD ALIThe check-in experience was really wonderful. I came to Zhuhai, China from my hometown Pakistan to participate in the Airshow and for tourism. I've also lived in China for a long time. A friend of mine told me that Atour Hotel in China is quite good, so I wanted to have a try. During my stay, I wanted to experience the food delivery robot service. The front desk staff patiently helped me order my favorite takeout, potato and chicken nuggets with noodles, and arranged for the robot to deliver it. Since I have a little baby with me, they could meet all kinds of our needs. What's more, it was raining heavily outside and I needed to go out to buy some items. The front desk staff saw this and enthusiastically took the initiative to ask if I needed an umbrella for the road. Such service really warmed my heart. When I came back to the hotel, they also offered me hot tea to warm myself up. I felt that I could experience the warmth of Atour even in a foreign country. This airshow was also really great. I've sensed the huge changes in China. So I decided to extend my stay for one more day to continue enjoying the wonderful life at Atour.

YYipMaybe it's because we already stayed in the same building before on our 1st night, maybe it's because we already figured/explored our way of getting around using ”shortcuts”, end ends that contain only lifts etc. The location is actually really superb if you are planning to explore Hengqin or using this as a ”launchpad” to explore other parts of Zhuhai or china. It's literally right next to the Hengqin customs, below is the Hengqin train station that connects to Zhuhai airport, Chimelong or the other direction to Gongbei. Having stayed 2 different apartments, 1 would expect the check in process to be similar...wow in this aspect I was actually impressed. Went to register name, checked Trip.com booking reference etc, the gentlemen in the counter actually escorted us to our room!!! Show use the way to walk to our apartment, showed us how to unlock the smart lock, where are the switches, facilities, aircon etc. WOW!!! Who does that? Not even Marriot does that for me Same problem as Wellmen tho, water pressure in the shower. Our conclusion is that it's a building management problem and not the hotel problem. Million dollar question...Would I come back and stay here? If i'm exploring only HengQin, yes. But most of the time i'm exploring other parts of china via High Speed Rail, so I would much prefer to stay in GongBei.

EElsaThe room is nice and clean, the service is excellent. We got picked up from the ferry and the owners were very kind and keen to help us with everything. But pre-warning to get to the room you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs. There is no lift. There is also a hotel next door which looks identical. This hotel is the blue one on the left. The best part of the room is the beautiful view of the sea. Although when we stayed the room next to ours was being renovated and all night we were kept awake with the banging of a plastic tarp against the window. The location is also excellent, you can be on the beach in less than 2 minutes there is a shop next door. The island is very small and this is an excellent location to reach everything. The room has a kettle, TV, shower gel and toothbrushes etc. It is pretty basic but it wasnt very much so it's okay for what you pay! I will say that the shower looks gross but has excellent water pressure and good temperature.

FFrequent.travelerTraveled to Dong Ao island and stayed for two nights. The island is rather small and its natural beauty still remains very original. It has not yet been exploited by lots of tourism so it feels very authentic. Had a wonderful stay at this resort hotel. The hotel electric shuttle buses wait by the port for the guests when arriving so that’s very convenient. Once we got in the hotel lobby we were welcomed by Sue, the front office assistant manager. She explained about the hotel to us and upgraded our room. She also sent me all the timetables for the shuttle busses and opening time of the different restaurants of the hotel. She escorted us to the room and wished us a pleasant stay. She also told us about the special promotion for the buffet restaurant and helped us to book a table. The manager of the restaurant, Haron, welcomed us when we arrived to the restaurant for dinner and assisted us with our dietary needs. He was very professional and friendly. He remembered our preferences throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make us feel happy and enjoy dining in the restaurant. During our second evening, we we by the port area and wanted to go go back. One of the shuttle bus drivers, named Jack, drove us back although it wasn’t time yet according to the schedule. He was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with him through the way to the hotel. I recommend this destination for those who prefer a calm and beautiful scenery and Marriott would off course be the best choice. I hope I can get the chance to go there soon again.

JJerry JiaoIt was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. TThundermanImpressively excellent for the price! The location is satisfactory since we specifically chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Chimelong circus show. It takes approximately 8 minutes by car to travel from our hostel to the circus, which is quite convenient. The room itself is decent. Instead of a traditional TV, they utilize a projector, which adds a unique touch. There is a large window in the room; however, it faces a large construction site. Surprisingly, despite its proximity, the noise level is minimal, likely due to the Chinese New Year holiday when the workers are still on break. Will heading to our hostel, our DiDi driver claimed that this hostel is the finest in the entire area. Situated in a charming little village adorned with hostels, restaurants, and convenient stores, this location buzzes with activity, particularly during the evenings when diners flock to the various eateries. As you enter the village, you'll be greeted by an inviting open basketball court encircled by delightful restaurants. Engaging scenes unfold as kids joyfully play ball while others revel in the excitement of fireworks. For those interested, a wide array of fireworks can be purchased from nearby stores. Adding to the appeal, the restaurants in this area offer affordable dining options, making them an attractive choice when compared to other establishments in the Chimelong region.

MMBDlocation is great, closer to the opera house side but centrally enough to connect to the south tunnel and Gongbei. The check in place is close by to the hotel but a little tricky yet still part of same building complex, so I've attached photos for visuals. The building ain't as pretty, but I have to say, check in was pretty fast once I explained I had made a pre booking. Plus point, the manager/ owner didn't scan or take a photo of my passport, only used the proper system to check in, other hotels take a pic citing it's their internal company policy, bullocks!. There is a washing machine (public use), and I could definitely say their AC system rivals those of 5 star hotels, as well as their running hot water.( I've stayed at Venetian in Macao, and this places hot water flow was better , sad to say but giving credit where credit is due. ) The projector was missing in my room so I can't comment on that, it wasn't a priority for me so not deducting anything for that. Simple enough for short stay, and good price point for what you get I suppose.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was fine , a bit crowded when checking in, there is a bit of a smell in there but overall it’s okay. Nice beds , super nice water flow (not the tap) just the shower and tub ! The ac works fine , view isn’t so good , the food is Chinese cuisines. They have a restaurant but it’s a bit too pricy besties.
