The hotel does not look a 4 star hotel. The staff does not how to receive a guest while check in. Intercom phones were not working. Had terrible time while ordering food. Very small bath room with very limited toiletries. Food quality was average. Many three star hotels are better that this 4 star hotel.

Overall a good hotel with all amenities of a business hotel in place. Despite a few trivial issues everything else like location, service, food, accessibility to public transport and late night food are very good. Staff is very cooperative and laborious.

It was an amazing stay experience with swan and i must appreciate their efforts when it comes to room services. I would like to specially mention about the rooms cleaning, highly recommend this hotel.

As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙
