Easiest place to stay at OR Tambo unless you have money to burn. Secure passage from terminal right to hotel. No need to exit terminal. Hotel perfectly adequate for 1 night.

Lovely and clean. Staff very helpful and courteous. Offered hourly shuttle servises to the mall (at no extra charge). Only downside a bit noisy on one of the nights. Will be happy to come again.

Hi It was a lovely place but was very suprise of a group of young ladies making a very loud noise/ at +-3:45 am. This same group were making noise at +-11 am. I fail to understand you'll have 24 hours security and no one even noticed this. I was very intimidated to actually open the room door to see what was the issue. I was planning for a peaceful night.

The service was excellent, I loved how clean the room was. All the complementary items were useful. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back.

The hotel was very convenient and the staff especially Eunice , was exceptional she made sure when we went for breakfast all was in order and in time The room was great considering I would need it only at night as I was busy with the mall I will definitely be back again !

This is a lovely hotel. Near the airport, 5 minute drive. Shuttle service available every 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the bath tub in my room and the overalls airport inspired decor. I definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

Firstly, I was put into a room that I did not book and was told I cannot change to a room that I had paid for because the hotel was overbooked. The front desk, eventually, moved me once I had pointed out that it was a health hazard to stay in the room they assigned to me because they had painted it that very day and I could still smell the paint fumes. After being moved, I was put into a room that I actually paid for. The toilet leaked and the shower was blocked. I will say though that the front desk was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could. All in all, it was not a good experience and I won't be staying again.

The location is convenient in terms of proximity to the airport, for those wanting a cheap bed for transit, however, it is next to a freeway, so traffic noise late at night is a major disturbance. The front desk was kind an attentive, and did his best to cater for my needs. The pool is clean, but surrounded by cheap plastic furniture. The room was very clean, but appointments were quite basic. The bed was OK, the sheets were clean, but the mattress felt a little ”tired” not very supportive. Some guests at the pool were quite noisy and could have kept me awake if I wasn't already exhausted from my long flight. I think I ought to mention that there is no shuttle service or airport pickup and drop-off, which is not what it says on the Trip website. It's no fun finding out this fact when your expected ride fails to appear. Getting an Uber late at night to or from OR Tambo airport can be a lot more difficult than one would expect. So if you're looking for a cheap place to overnight between flights, this hotel could be on your radar, but don't expect it to be hassle-free.

The hotel is quite clean and the location is convenient if you have to stay close to the airport. However, I have never met a set of hotel staffs as rude as the ones in this hotel. Btw, the food at the restaurant was horrible.

You do not find water glasses in the room. Room service is very slow and sometimes your call will just keep transferring between room service and reception if you needed something. If you ordered food in your room, you have to make payment immediately. It does not amount up to check out. There is only one restaurant, one cafe in the hotel. You can walk up to nearest restaurant for your food that is 800m away.Pool is there but you have to carry your own towel. The day we arrived, there was a birthday party around the pool with loud music. We avoided going to pool side. Shoe shiner is in the lobby and if you get your shoes cleaned he needs to be paid as compliment and that complement begins with 100rand minimum. To me it’s an average hotel and ok for a couple of days. It had some conference going on so extra crowd was also in the lobby for the two days we stayed If you are looking for a luxery experience, better choose another hotel. This hotel is ok for not more than two days of stay.

The day I checked in someone opened the door while I was naked inthe shower.I was really scared then I jumped and slipped and hurt my toes. They don't help with luggage.If you are carrying heavy luggage you have to carry it up and down the stairs if you are staying upstairs .Also to get to the reception there are High steps. I did not enjoy my stay

Very disappointed after our stay at The DaVinci Hotel. I was thoroughly looking forward to this stay as I have not stayed in this hotel before and it had been on my list, check in took quite long, which didn't bother me initially but ended up being a compounding factor after everything else, we had booked online and it took close to an hour for us to get checked in and given our room key, we used this time to look around. When we finally got to our room, we quickly left everything and went to the mall then had dinner, we got back relatively late and only upon getting back did we notice the bed was 2 single beds pushed together, however we booked and paid for a delux king room, needless to say I spent the duration of the evening falling through the 2 beds as I was trying to cuddle my lady, so I didn't get much sleep to say the least. When we got up in the morning I quite badly needed a coffee to wake me up after the night I had and Lo and behold, the coffee machine was not working! By this point you can imagine the frustration.. so we got dressed and went down for breakfast, the process of simply getting a coffee took close to 40 minutes, let alone the food arriving! We actually ended up getting up and leaving because we had plans for the day and did not expect to wait over an hour for our breakfast to arrive! The cold food that was available at the buffet was very dry as well but we scoffed it down and went on our way, it was only while we were walking out that the juice we ordered when we arrived was beginning to make its way to our table, so we were given the bottle and we went on our way We mentioned the incorrect room as well as the coffee machine to the lady at the checkout desk, to which I was reassured that next time we stay it will be nice I can very confidently confirm that there will not be a next time from us, as we do expect a certain service when checking into a 5 star hotel and paying the price that comes along with it On a positive note, the concierge was helpful with taking our luggage to the room Such a pity for a lovely perfectly located place to put such little effort into the quality they provide

Clean and state of the art. They took me from the airport even though my plane arrived late. They also took me back to the airport for my super early flight

I thought the place was nice, but to be honest the blankets on the bed and in the cupboard annoyed me with static electricity. The shower water came out way too fast. But everything else was great and the people are very nice.

Great hotel which is connected to the airport. The restaurant on the ground level is very good, but it can get busy for dinner (and breakfast), so it is advisable to make a booking. Even for breakfast, you might have to make a booking. The rooms are very comfortable, one of the best around. Good spa on the top floor.

選這裡是因為看中了免費接送機和免費早餐，然而事實上呢，最後一趟接機是晚上11點出發，我11點多到達機場，説夜裡接機就要收費了，我願意出錢，但是卻不能來到達層接我，衹能在汽車站，眾所周知，南非自然一塌糊塗，晚上在路上走被搶的概率非常高！最後我自己花錢打車去他們旅館，發現大門緊閉！旅館位置很偏，晚上連路燈都沒有，黑燈瞎火的，司機又是黑人，大家設身處地想一下，心裏慌不慌？我知道前台晚上11點下班，但是我早就郵件説明：我11點多才落地，12點多才能到，他們明明知道，但仍然沒有留人。等了很久，司機回來，才開門進去。剛開始司機不肯給我房門鑰匙，要我加200蘭特的晚入住的費用，這個費用是我不知道的，之前在攜程下單時沒有告知。第2天為了坐班車去機場，早餐也沒有時間吃。一次並不愉快的入住體驗！
