Convenient location, nice receptionist. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay. However, the room was quite dusty especially the pillow cases and cups. The room also felt a bit stuffy.

The hotel is situated on the edge of town, just to the left behind the train station. It's a convenient 10-15 minute walk from both the train station and the long-distance bus terminal, which is reasonable given the town's small size. The hotel itself is very quiet and spotlessly clean. I opted for the cheapest room, an attic room, but surprisingly, it didn't feel cramped or oppressive at all. Just a heads-up though: extending your stay might come with a price increase!

Check in was very face as we did online in advance. Staff was helpful in guiding us to the tram. Room was spacious for 3 of u. Theres bodywash and coffee/tea/kettle awailable. Theres also hairdryer and iron with hangers in room. Breakfast variety is very limited but decent.

The air conditioning was very strong and effective. The central train station is quite accessible, just a 10-minute tram ride away, or a two-stop tram journey followed by one train transfer. European standard power outlets are provided, which is convenient if you have the right adapter. The cleanliness was also very good.

Easy go to center by tram (3 min walk and some 10~15 min ride to Zurich main station and 20 min to lake), Very quiet neigborhood. Many restaurents options in walking distance. Great staff and very good breakfast. Zurich public transportation is super! It worth it to buy a Zurich card if you plan to go museums, lake cruise, cable cars, etc.

It was great! Front counter was friendly and very helpful. Managed to leave our baggage and check in promptly after a long flight!

Everything else is fine except for some security concerns. I stayed for 2 nights. On the first night, there were strangers opened my room and immediately left while we were in the room. I immediately called reception to clarify this, and the staff assured me that only my key cards are the working key cards in the system. Didn't want the hassle to repack everything and change place, we continue to settle however we had to be extra cautious and vigilant afterwards, making sure all valuable stuff are locked in safe, taking videos of the room before we leave the hotel for our activities. I do not suffer any losses during my stay. Also, before my stay, I received a WhatsApp phising message with all my personal and booking details outlined in the message and asking for my credit card information. I didn't provide any card information and subsequently confirmed with the hotel that this was a phishing attempt. Facilities are fine, and stay was pleasant except for security concerns. I will not come back again due to the security concern.

Excellent value for money. The light rail station is conveniently located nearby, just a three-minute shortcut walk away, and Line 4 offers easy access to many attractions in the city center. While the modern decor appeals to younger guests, it might not be ideal for the elderly or young children. In both rooms, guests were unfortunately bumped by the protruding bed corners, and the sharp edges of the mini-fridge cabinet door when opened are quite hazardous. These small design flaws could easily lead to injuries.

You can take a direct tram right from the train station! The hotel has more of a business vibe, so if you're on holiday, you might prefer to stay a bit further out. Safety is definitely not an issue, and with plenty of trams right outside, getting around is super convenient.

Very beautiful environment with the lake view, quiet location, friendly staff, very reasonable price. definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Good location. Not much service can tell but value for money as only 10 mins train to city center but a lot cheaper than you stay in the city area.

Bit noisy from other rooms. But everything else was great, bed was comfy, gym was nice and staff were really friendly

Booked 3 nights stayed during December 2024. The hotel location is not that great where cab can’t stop in front of the entrance. A bit further from Main train station. Needs to take few stops with tram. The tram station was behind the hotel about 3-4 mins walk. The bed and pillow not clean. Found hairs/dusts when check in. Didn’t provide drinking water. No slipper. If there’s option will consider the hotel nearest the main train station with similar price.
