I was given the single room instead of the double room. See photos. I demand a refund!

Room was clean and surroundings have plenty of food and shops. Supermarket is also a stone’s throw away. We got a nice view of the river. Only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in as the room wasn’t ready, but the staff compensated us with late check out the next day. No complaints other than that!

Everything was pretty standard. Front desk was helpful. Good location. However, there’s a big gap between the photos and the actual room.

Great location + walking distance to tram/ train station.

Some hiccups on the breakfast option in my booking but sorted at the end.

Not the really worth it except for the location. bed was so unfortable

Very good location. Good breakfast, not so much choice, but enough for joining. Service for breakfast was excellent.

5 minutes walk from Zurich HB. Supermarket such as Coop is jus 1 min away fr the hotel. The breakfast was simple and suitable for people who doesn like it to be heavy. Overall is a nice hotel but yet can be improved for their customer service

It just opposite the main train station of Zurich but some distance from shopping street

Location was both good and not good. While very near Zurich HBF and shopping, my room on the third floor was very noisy till late due to the trams intersection right next to the hotel. There are quieter hotels nearby if you are a light sleeper like me.

Location is very good, near station, near coop. View is good. Service is good.
