There's an open kitchen with all utensils needed for cooked dinner and breakfast. The office opens from 10am to 6pm. We left before 10am and put the key in the checkout box but could not leave our luggage for our last day trip in Swiss.

it was clean and location was convenient

It was reasonably priced for the location and room type.

만족합니다. 위치는 완전 가까운 정도는 아니지만 트램으로 역에서 금방 갈 수 있을정도라 괜찮았어요. 너무 늦은 밤만 아니면 추천합니다.

入住密碼必須透過電話才有，但旅客基本上大都沒有電話只有數據。給了地下的房間我們，跟預訂圖片完全不同，沒有冷氣沒有風扇，而且早上十分嘈吵，隔音很差，早上6時不停被外面走廊聲音嘈醒。房間清潔度都一般，房內真的很多蜘蛛，蜘蛛網都有很多，毛巾廁所感覺都不太乾淨，房間質素真的很一般及比較舊，可能這價錢在蘇黎世已是很便宜。加上自駕遊的話，附近很難找泊車位，所以不會推薦及再入住。

Später Check-In nach vorheriger Absprache gut möglich. Telefonisch auch immer schnell zu erreichen (selbst um 2 Uhr morgens). Auch ein Vorteil war, dass man sein Gepäck nach Check-Out noch abstellen konnte. Ansonsten recht sauber und ordentlich (paar Spinnennetze und Insekten in den Raumecken, aber an sich nicht störend). In Zürich mit das günstigste, was man in so einer tollen Lage finden kann.

hotel is clean but communication is not good. you are supposed to receive e-mail about "key code" after 3pm but i did not receive it. i called reception but nobody came down to open entrance.

Property had the basics- proper working shower, comfortable bed, and it was clean enough. However, many things were broken. The window was completely detached from the wall and we had to secure it ourselves. Only one of the ceilings lights turned on so our room was very dim. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave had a horrible smell. Walls are very thin and we could easily hear noisy upstairs guests at all hours of the night and day. No AC or heater and the room got very damp and humid while we were out. Staff was easy to contact and they did try to fix these issues as much as they could, but the room just had too many issues.

The property was well situated just outside the old town, easily walkable within 15/20minutes or tram. Only thing we found was the apartment was very dusty, and some things were broken (e.g. toilet lid, shower doors, safe) There was also building work outside which was very noisy and the other guests were noisy early in the morning. But this is just pick of luck when staying somewhere like this The host was great with communication and clear instructions on how to get our key.

They cancelled my reservation day before my arrival “overbooked “. So, I booked another hotel. D next day- arrival day, I got another email stating they will now honor my booking. Worst experience as I never had a hotel email me stating, they cannot accommodate my reservation due to overbooked, then next day email “ will honor your reservation”

This place is not as advertised! Small, dirty, no service to the rooms. Shower has poor drainage, closet door is smaller than the size of the hanger, coffee pods but no creamer, bedside light doesn't work- just an unprofessional place. Value for the money is outrageous. We definitely will not be back.
