Stayed here so I could walk to the bus station going to Nong Khai, Thailand. Room is very large with a long counter in room and in shower room. The building looks like it’s connected to another building so there are 2 staircases. Saw the extra fire escape stairs outside of our room as we had the room at the end of the floor. We walked to Patuxay, Talat Sao Mall, Vientiane Center and Parkson. All around the hotel. The male staff working night shift at front desk is very polite and he quickly checked us in. Room is very old. They made the new long counter , the drawer, coffee making counter and added a new chair, etc so it’s still comfortable to stay.

it's not good lads, they need to make sure about room, window was broken, mosquitos were everywhere. It was hard to sleep.

The hotel was convenient and easy to find from the airport. The breakfast hours were awesome and the food was tasty! The view from the pool and my balcony were enticing and relaxing. The front desk staff helped to call me taxis to get around the city. The room was spacious and clean. The tv even had English movie channels and a station dedicated to football! I would certainly stay if I came back to Vientiane.

A couple nights in Vientiane, we accomodated at Spark Design Hotel. Evrything was please. It is the 4 Star hotel but the staffs attitude are so actively to take care and please us. Many advises got from them is so much helpful for our first time here. A bit far from the center but that is not more longer a bigh deal as there is very cheap taxi to get. Around 10 minutes walk, it will be a D-Mark which so many products are super cheaper than our home. As we got so very short time here, we couldn’t go so many places. For Next time!

Good business hotel, ok location. But you need a transportation to move around as the hotel transportation is higher than the local standard. No Grubhub nor Uber. Nice spacious room w a shower (trip.com stare “no private bath” I was worried but it meant “no bath tub”. Nice pool on the 5th floor w jets (staff will start when any guests are in the pool”. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Cons are: if you take a shower on 5th, entire floor will be wet ….. design error I guess.

I stayed for 4 nights with my partner. The room was large and clean with a kettle, TV, AC, safe. The bed was comfortable and had a nice balcony area outside the room to sit. The pool was a welcome respite after a day in the humidity. The breakfast was good - selection of eggsto order , toast, Asian dishes and plenty of fruit as well - you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. Walking distance to most of the attractions and dining options. Quiet location as well which made for a good sleep. Shower hot as well. Overall I felt it was good value for the price. The only issue I had was they double charged my card for my stay, claimed I had left the hotel without paying - which was untrue as I paid when I arrived then they blamed Booking.com. I had kept my receipt as proof of payment and they refunded the second amount they had charged me in US dollars as I stipulated. So maybe keep an eye on your card if you use it or pay cash and get a receipt.
