The price I paid for my room will normally get me a bunk bed in a hostel. So, I would like to emphasize how great of a value this place is. If you add its location, it really can't be beat.
Walking distance from Plaza Cataluña, 2 metro stations across the street, and numerous buses make the location perfect for going around the city.
That being said, getting a room that doesn't face the street means you have no idea what the weather is like outside. It's simply too dark and there's not enough fresh air in the room.
Given the choice between a noisy room vs a room facing nothing and being in the dark, I would choose noise.
Ask for a room facing the street.

Easy access from the airport, convenient, staffs are friendly, though the drainage of the shower was clogged, they quickly fixed it on the other day. The Only downside is ……The frosted glass / door of the bathroom is actually a bit transparent, especially when you get close to the door. The hotel is situated in safe area. Would recommend to all travellers

GGuest UserThe bedding was clean, and they did an amazing job cleaning the room every day during my 4-night stay. The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly. They provide 2 complimentary bottles of water, and you can use the water dispenser for free. Coffee is available for 1 Euro. The location is fantastic, close to Plaça de Catalunya, Liceu station, and the Gothic Quarter, making it easy to get anywhere. The location truly is the best. However, I was quite surprised by the room size – it's almost comparable to a Japanese hotel room. Everything else was great, but the downside was that the shower hose had a leak, causing water to drip constantly. Also, the hairdryer was a bit temperamental, sometimes working and sometimes not. Luckily, I brought my Dyson, so it wasn't a huge issue for me, but it would have been inconvenient otherwise.

GGuest UserThe location is unbeatable! It's right next to a subway station, with a bakery and restaurants just outside. A large supermarket is also only a few minutes' walk away. The hotel's interior is pleasant as well, with a shared area featuring a fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, and even a dining table. There's a bit of street noise, but it was perfectly acceptable for me. Plus, it's not far from Gaudi's architecture and other attractions.
