Hotel Dengan Wifi di Sao Paulo State, Brazil

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados no Colômbia escolhemos ele novamente por já conhecer a única coisa que dessa vez deixou muito a desejar foi o café da manhã até no domingo último dia nosso o café estava razoável mas no primeiro e segundo dia acho que até por menos hóspedes o que não justifica porque a qualidade do atendimento independente de números tem que ser sempre o mesmo inclusive meu genro foi pedir leite a atendente falou que não tinha isso é inaceitável para uma rede de hotéis que oferece um serviço na estadia e não cumpre 100% espero que voltem a ter a mesma qualidade de atendimento independente da quantidade de hóspedes

Hospedagem do dia 17/01/2026 Péssimaa 👎🏽👎🏽 Já fiqueii 2x anteriores nesse hotel, mais parece que tá deixandoo a desejar.. É gente que abre porta do nadaa com Vc dentro, sendo que o normal seria verificar na recepção pelo menos ou bater na porta pra saber se o quarto tá Livree ou com alguém dentro, né ?? Café da manhã que tem uma premiada que vaii retirando as coisas do café sem nem perguntae se vamos se servir de mais alguma coisa e por fimm.. Apagam os disjuntores dos quartos ”com a desculpa de quê algo deu defeito” sem ao menos se preocupar se tem alguém dentro vendo uma TV e tals.. Muitoo difícil assim.. Tem mais é que se ferrar msm e perder cada vez mais clientes igual já me perderam.. Até fechar às portas..

The hotel is wonderful, clean bed, towels, enough space, not so small as we thought of previous reviews.

The hotel does not match the photos shown on the app at all. The room looked very different in reality, which was quite disappointing. The bathtub is extremely small and not comfortable to use. There was also not a single bottle of water provided in the room. When we called to ask about it, we were told to collect water from the reception ourselves, which is inconvenient for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations based on the listing.

Fiquei no Nacional Inn São Paulo e gostei bastante. O quarto é simples, mas tem TV, frigobar e ar-condicionado, o que já ajuda muito no conforto. Só achei que a imagem da TV poderia ser melhor, mas fora isso estava tudo perfeito. A localização é ótima, tem um mercado bem na frente e é fácil chamar Uber na porta. O café da manhã foi bem completo e gostoso. Para quem quer praticidade no centro de São Paulo, achei uma boa escolha.

Прекрасный небольшой отель в центре Сан-Паулу. Дружелюбный персонал. Хотел оставить вещи так как до заселения было еще порядка двух часов, персонал на ресепшене сказал, что мой номер готов и можно прямо сейчас заселиться 😊 Окна выходили на улицу, было немного шумно. Завтраки были очень хорошие, если что-то заканчивалось, сразу приносили еще. Мне понравилось)

if you would like to stay one night will be acceptable but in winter time be careful heating is not working. Hotel needs realy refurnishing. Breakfast and reception were very good. Rest you would survive.
