Замечательный отель. Оформление и дизайн интересный, номера с высоченными потолками, большие. Я бронировала номер базовой категории с видом на город, при заселении сделали апгрейд до номера с террасой с видом на Алазанскую долину, это потрясающе красиво! Завтраки вкуснейшие, единственный момент: кофе сваренный входит в стоимость, а кофе капучино, латте и проч - за доп плату. Это показалось немного странным, тем более, все очень на уровне. Обслуживание в ресторане вечером было несколько медленное, но объяснимо, там в этот момент, кажется были одни стажеры, был поздний вечер.. Очень удобная кровать, подушки, матрас. Большая комфортная ванная комната, достойного качества ванные принадлежности. Классные халаты, которые при желании можно купить. Крытый бассейн с панорамными окнами, с красивейшим видом на Алазанскую долину.

Nice hotel and a perfect location. Comfortable rooms and not like the boring ones in the US. Great breakfast too. This close to the old town which is worth the visit. There are several restaurants and shops with in a short walk. A great place to stay.

Expérience contrastée … Si le manager est très sympathique et les parties communes sont vraiment charmantes, les chambres sont plutôt simples … et ne sont pas systématiquement faites. Lors du check in, on a omis de nous donner cette information importante et donc quelle n‘a pas été notre surprise de retrouver notre chambre en l’état le lendemain soir, sans serviettes, sans eau, sans produits de toilette… rien. Je trouve le procédé indélicat car il suffit de prévenir tout de même. Petite remarque sur le petit déjeuner qui ne démarre qu‘à 9h, ce qui est très tard : débutant aussi tardivement on pourrait au minimum d’attendre à du pain FRAIS. Enfin dernière remarque : sur la fiche de présentation de l’hôtel on évoque les horaires de restaurant. Or il n‘y en a PAS ! Rentrés le soir de visites, après 19h, et découvrant la chambre non faite, nous avons appris également qu‘il n‘y avait aucun mais aucun moyen de se sustenter. La fiche annonce donc des informations éronnées Or il faut savoir que l’hôtel n‘est pas dans le centre, et que le chemin qui y mène a pied est tout sauf agréable. Des ajustements sont donc à faire car l’hôtel a un joli potentiel !

I really anticipated staying at such a formidable wine estate while attending the Tsinandali Music Festival, located just a few minutes away. The online photos lead me to believe that this was a real luxury resort, at a very high standard. (Those little hot tubs from the photos, however, were not working, and there was no operative mini golf). My experience was mixed: my room in the lodge was dreary and not deserving of a 4 star rating in my estimation. I had to schlep my luggage up to the third floor. My room was very small, not well cleaned, had only basic furnishings and poor quality bedding, the bathroom fixtures were outdated, and there were insufficient electrical outlets. I did, however, enjoy the pool, which was very welcoming and refreshing. My free wine tasting was truly great: I had a personal tour, the guide knew English well, and answered my questions. When I was seated for a tasting, they were more than generous - pouring me 3 glasses of wine along with the Gold Chacha, and then offered to refill the glass which I loved the most. This was accompanied by a lovely plate of bread with regional dips. From here I ordered dinner, which was good, and which was presented in a very straightforward and unassuming manner. While not amazing, it was nevertheless quite good and a solid value for the money. The daily breakfast, served on the breathtaking balcony overlooking the estate, was good, but not earth shattering: there were no fresh breads, and no ready made coffee. The main hot dishes lacked freshly cooked eggs and, while there were cut vegetables, there were no ready made salads. I can't understand why they didn't serve more local fruits, sticking only to melons, as all the local produce markets had a wide variety of seasonal fruits. All in all, I think that the accommodation was slightly overpriced, although the overall experience was certainly positive and memorable.
