I spent good four nights at Ibis Amman, while it is not close to the city center it is located close to many shops, restaurants and cafés. Breakfast was included and it was excellent buffet with lots of good choices. My room was lovely, very spacious, lots of hot water and towels. A mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Very quiet room. I used the gym three times, small but good equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. The staff was very kind. The pool had two jacuzzis and was a great place to relax. There was a lot of noise from the next room, but they responded immediately when I called.

Enjoyed the stay here as a couple, very nice staff and very helpful.

What is a good experience overall. The family room is a bit smaller than I expected for the price. Location is great and clean. This is reasonable.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

Very good, the front desk is very nice, I keep staying here. Clean and hygienic, the room is fragrant, there is a mosque next door, there is a large balcony, the lighting is sufficient, and parking downstairs is convenient. Recommended
