A absolute treat to stay at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner absolutely over the top exceeding all of our expectations. We would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Luderitz. As my title stats, the best place in town!!

Wonderful place to stay. We were on a driving tour, organised by others and had no clue where we were staying from one night to the next. This Gondwana Collection lodge set the bar for all the other places we stayed at (two others from the same owners). Our lodge room was spacious enough, excellent showers and comfortable bed with excellent linens and pillows. We had one issue with air conditioner unit, someone attended within 5 minutes and fixed this, great service. The food was fresh, good and plentiful, which is amazing considering you are almost in the middle of nowhere. The pool and view from it were a bonus. We would be very happy to stay there again

Bizarre hotel with high walls and barbed wire surrounding it; it felt like a compound. There was even a patrolling guard. This raised many questions in my mind... We didn't arrive early, yet there was a problem with my shower door, and they had to repair it before I could get the room. Seems they would know that a group was coming and maybe do the repairs beforehand. That said, the room had a sitting room, wifi, a/c, and was quiet and clean.

What an eclectic place to find the ”middle of nowhere” although that does apply to most of Namibia. Excellent facilities, good wifi (very important), areas in which to sit and relax and an above ground (yes) pool. Super place to stay. Very large camping area. The only thing we thought was that the camping area could be improved by having some sort of screening to reduce the amount of sand getting in your food when self catering
