Hotel Dengan Pools di West Pomerania, Poland

can go by car only. the receptionist gave a veru good impression from the beginning with warm and professional attitude. the hotel is new (can smell that), amenities using L'occitane. the shower room design not practical, easily flood the toilet even shower carefully. the restaurant staff is not professional, buffet bar is clearing up at 19:00pm without informing guest the buffet will be closed, even some guests still eating (understand is not peak season and not many guest, but all food are cleared before 19:20pm) overall is a pleasant stay. also fit for family with little one too.

Zum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, this is our 3rd stay there. Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great. The only improvement I would like to see: At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like ”packaged scrambled eggs” which is a shame. There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

Hotel is clean, the service at the right level ... maybe the cleaning lady should be more useful to wash the tables. Not always the customer will notice that the drink trail from the glass has remained. Unfortunately, for two days the tables have not been ripped. However, this does not cause a reduction in the hotel rating. It just needs to work on it. The modern and well equipped rooms are all you need for a short break! Besides, the entire hotel service is wonderful and nice.Breakfast delicious. The sauna pool and gym are in the best cleanliness and with a nice service!!! Generally we are pleased and recommend this hotel:)

The Vestina is in a good location. The only downside I find is that the rooms are not clean. Most of the breakfast buffet is already cleared away, even though it is still within the allotted time. There are also construction projects going on at the moment because the hotel is being expanded. I used to enjoy being a guest at the Vestina. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore. The hotel is located near the city center.. It takes about five minutes to walk to a shopping center.. The breakfast is good and the front desk service is very helpful.. Can speak English

The hotel is in the city center area, a beautiful small border city, very suitable for CITY WALK. There are many restaurants around, the prices are impressive and the food is huge! There are roads under construction around the hotel, so parking is difficult and we have to go around a lot! The room is not big, a bit crowded, but it is still new! A large bed with a sofa bed next to it. The pillows are very high and the air conditioner is loud! The front desk service is very friendly! The breakfast was undecided and my husband looked around and didn’t have much choice. The hotel has its own indoor swimming pool.

Highly recommend :) If you're looking for a peaceful place to work/rest without kids, with clean rooms and nice staff it's definitely a hotel for you.

Byliśmy z rodziną w Król Plaza Resort w Jarosławcu. Sam hotel ma świetną lokalizację blisko plaży, pokoje były czyste i wygodne, a dzieci bardzo dobrze bawiły się na basenie i w kąciku zabaw. Jedzenie było smaczne, ale dość powtarzalne – po kilku dniach brakowało nam większej różnorodności. Na minus muszę wspomnieć o paniach w recepcji, które nie były zbyt miłe i przez to pierwsze wrażenie nie należało do najlepszych. Ogólnie jednak pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie i jest to dobre miejsce na rodzinny urlop.

Hello, dear travellers, The visit to Misdroy / Miedzyzdroje was a success. Location: The hotel has been on the same site for more than 30 years and has not moved :) It was completely renovated and corresponds to the standard ****. The smoke of the sea is not commercial! But you can really enjoy it !!!!! Fortunately, the building does not say anything about the people who are working there. Simple: Super, Orient, Extra, Lux. First class ”Cameracy”, always available, and covers any claims and expectations. The food is easy for everyone and is naturally delicious. Thank you to the ”powers” of Anna and Marzena, as well as the new colleague, Maja. I hope we will see you soon. All right. Henryk
