Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen, man ist sofort in der Innenstadt und kann Shoppen und Essen gehen. Trotz direkter Lage an der Straße bekommt man nichts davon mit. Es wird ein sehr leckeres Frühstück angeboten. Außerdem haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr nettes Personal kennengelernt. Unser großes Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz und alles was man für ein paar Tage in Malmö braucht. DasPreis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist 1A.

The hotel is in the center of the city, everything is very close, you can easily walk to each and every destination worth visiting when first time in the city. Very close to Central Station and airport bus, so its easy to go everywhere you desire. Very good hotel service, quick check-in as well as check-out, excellent breakfast, all day coffee and tea, good room and I lovely sauna! Taking all into account excellent deal!

Geweldige ligging, in de haven, vlak bij de ferry. Personeel uiterst correct, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker terug

Very near to Central station. Very friendly and Helpful receptionist, Mehmet. Was assigned a room getting the direct summer sun and there is no air-conditioning in all the rooms!! Paid extra and changed to their largest and best room but was still stuffy and warm. Mehmet gave us 2 tiny portable fans that helped a bit. Breakfast is good. 24h coffee and tea that you can just hello yourself to at the dining area. Furniture was old and dated. A few design issues that caused a couple of mishaps. Cabinet over toilet sink that leaves you no room to bend over and knocks on heads from the dining table light.

マルメは2度目になります。今回4泊しました。駅前のいくつかあるなかのホテルで何度も悩み、当初決めていたホテルをやめてこちらにして大正解でした。ホテルはきれいで、古き良きホテルの歴史を感じさせながらも、水回りなどはとてもきれいで、水捌けもよく。洗濯物を乾かすものも備え付けられていました。また駅から5分の立地で、街の中心のため大変観光にも便利でした。朝食は品数豊富、会場も素敵で、日中はパブ？として利用されているようで飾り付けも素晴らしい！隣との座席幅もかなりとられていて、狭苦しくない！騒音のレビューがありましたが、私たちの部屋は防音の扉でしたし気になりませんでした。また清掃も本当に丁寧でした。スタッフもみなさん、親切でした。 またマルメに来る機会があるなら間違いなくこちらのホテルはにします！ヨーロッパ旅行は長くしていますが、今までのの中で、間違いなく3位以内に入ります！おすすめです！

The location is very strategic, require a walk about 10min from the Malmo central station. The hotel also very near to the shopping street. The breakfast is very good, they serve delicious swedish cheese, salami and liver paste. The room doesn't come with air conditioner, its quite stuffy , need to open windows for ventilation. Can hear people talking on and car racing on the street at midnight

We chose Unity Malmo because it was advertised as a perfect mix of traditional holiday apartment and luxury hotel. Unfortunately, we could not discover the part of the luxury hotel. The hotel is on Nobelvägen and there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away from which you can take line 3 either to the train station or towards Triangeln. However, only this one line runs and only about every 20 minutes. The area around the hotel does not offer any attractions apart from the Sorgenfri Cemetery. There is a smaller supermarket nearby which is handy if you are self catering. We chose the deluxe studio with 22 square meters. We were welcomed at the reception very friendly are we were also able to leave our luggage until the studio was ready. We received a map and a description of how to get into the building of our studio. Some of the paths are very winding and some of them can only be reached via balconies outside. Our studio was on the 5th floor under the roof with a slope. It was very warm and stuffy. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the windows could only be opened when it wasn't raining. The interior is designed by a British designer and decorated in light beige. The individual cabinet elements are stackable. Unfortunately, the upper elements are not accessible for small people, not even the top level in the kitchenette, where pans and pots are placed. A small ladder would be helpful here if you are not accompanied by a taller person. The sofa bed of 140 cm x 200 cm is too small for 2 people, especially since access is only possible from one side as it is right against the wall. This is impractical. In addition, there is no bedside cabinet to store something. Despite the relatively large number of cupboards, there is a lack of storage in crucial places. In the bathroom there is neither a board at the sink nor at the shower. The table is also very small if you only want to eat for two. We found the associated chairs to be very uncomfortable. There was no real workplace where you could conveniently put your laptop. So we had to improvise a lot. The small kitchen is well equipped with portable induction hotplates, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The hotplates could only be used if you turned on the ventilation because the fire alarm was directly above the kitchen. However, the ventilation was extremely loud so that hardly any conversation was possible while cooking.What was missing was a tea towel to dry off a bit. A hand brush would also have been useful, as cleaning only took place every 7 days. With us, this was one day before departure - in this case it no longer makes sense. There is also a gym in the complex that can be used. The Orangery is very pretty with plenty of seating and a large games table for people to borrow one of the many games that are available. 訂的家庭房，酒店提前給孩子安排了沙發床.還寫了小卡片，送了飲料和糖果.但是在歐洲住酒店，明顯感覺到國人名字預訂和外國人預訂會受到不同的對待.酒店早餐不錯，對着大海的房間風景也不錯.就在市中心，逛街遛娃都不錯的選擇

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, normally the quality of the cleaning is okay. This time i got a room were the bed was made, but the sheets have not been changed. There were blood on the sheets and hairs in the beds. The bed cover was hanging on the coat rack and there was one glass by the sink in the bathroom. This really should'nt happen with a hotel chain like this. There is no question asked, when complaining to the front desk. I quickly got a new room that was clean.

Right across from the railroad station and the ferry terminal, so a good choice for those traveling by train or ferry. Some would call it old-fashioned, but that's fine by me when you can throw your windows wide open, and when you get hot water radiators instead of finnicky and noisy air conditioning systems that constantly blow air through the room. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. This hotel is value for money at the price I (well, my employer) paid. And oh, Tripadvisor, listen up! This hotel is located in Sweden. There are no mask mandates, never have been. So no need to ask questions about mask rules and temperature checks.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. It was a very pleasant stay. The room is quite big with a huge window, a private bathroom, couch, small table. It's very cozy, clean and nice. I missed some light bulbs in the middle of the room tho, it was quite dark. The lobby is very nice and colorful, you can see art everywhere (even on the walls in rooms). The breakfast is amazing with many types of bread, fruit, salamis, cheese, hummus, eggs, cookies, drinks... I loved the ginger shots too :) From the hotel you have 15-20 min by foot to reach the city center, and the closest shops are on 5 min foot distance. Parking is huge. I would recommend it!

這是什麼寶藏酒店啊！衹在赫爾辛堡待一晚，所以不知道是不是這邊的酒店都這麼可愛。 首先是裝修裝飾風格，隨處都是花花花…酒店裡的老古董電梯好好玩，一定要試一下。前台的小姐姐超級無敵漂亮和可愛，給入住帶來絕佳的賓至如歸感啊。早餐廳是我的最愛，小小的，感覺像在家裡，但是品種多多且有條不紊。酒店旁邊就是城市一個景點，在山上都能收到酒店Wi-Fi

We chose to stay here because of the good reviews and we were not disappointed. Booked our room via Agoda however via Agoda, one can't really specify which room you will get, so when we got to the hotel to check in, the front desk said we were initially allocated a basement room but they upgraded us to a bigger room on the ground floor. We were happy to hear of the upgrade and we rolled our bags to the room on the same level as the front desk however when we opened the door to the room, we realized it was a room on street level with huge windows (think shopfront windows) where people walking on the street could look in through. We rolled our bags back to the front desk and asked for another room because we felt if we had to stay in this room, we would have to have the curtains drawn the whole time, which totally defeats the purpose of having big windows in the room. Luckily for us, the front staff obliged and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. The room we got was really nice, lovely decor and it was pretty big. We had a nice view out the window of the rooftops of the town and of the old red building across from the hotel. We were pleased. We stayed at this hotel for the next 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Helsingborg. Breakfast spread was really good. We enjoyed the selection.

الفندق نظيف جدا والتعامل جدا رائع وكان السعر مناسب والفطور كان جيد جدا ينقصه فقط تطوير الفطور الذي يحتاج الى تنويع اكثر. اكيد كلما كانت لي زياره الى لوند او مالمو سوف احجز هنا لانه مريح فعلا. مواقف السيارات متوفره في الفندق. عندي ملاحظه اذا الفندق يوفر مثلا باص صغير للسنتروم او الى مالمو مرتين باليوم سوف يكسب زبائن اكثر لانه يقع على بعد قليلا من السنتر وهناك عوائل تسافر الى لوند فقط في القطار لهذا تختار فندق قريب من السنتروم لكن لو توفر باص خاص للفندق باوقات ستاتي عوائل اكثر.

Very friendly. Room was small but nice. I will come again. See more in other Good Morning hotels. Check in and check out very comfortable. 24/7 service. Good breakfast at all with fresh eggs and ham, juice and some sort of bread.

Very close to transportation and city centre even by foot. Nice breakfast. Super soft beds. Fast elevator even so the system with cards is confusing. But i loved my 4 nights

With a fine position in Lund center, Bishops Arms is still a bit of an odd (and old) construction. Both a (large) pub in British style and a hotel, there is moderate ”hotel feeling”; there's no actual lobby or public areas besides the pub/bar itself. The feeling of being on an old ferry is apparent. A minimum of staff to help you. Checking in is done at the counter in the pub. The rooms are accessed by one elevator. Rooms - at least the one I got - are basic and a bit worn and tired - could do well with a renovation. Not particularly fresh and clean: a certain amount of dust and ”patina” can be found in the interior. Beds ok. Bathroom ok (yes, renovated). No AC, so it can be hot in the summer. We were really looking forward to celebrating a birthday lunch at this hotel. For us, coming all the way from South Africa, this is a rare treat. To say our experience was underwhelming would be an understatement. Service was poor to non-existent. After our waiter (Eddie) brought us our drinks (one variety of Sauvignon Blanc for SEK 115 which was about the cheapest, nastiest wine I’ve ever drunk) we never saw him again. We flagged down someone who looked like a waiter or host (thin woman with a blonde ponytail) who seemed quite annoyed when we requested a bread basket, some side plates to eat it on and drinking glasses for water. There were none on the table. She seemed most put out that she was being asked to do something. The famous prawn sandwich which costs a small fortune is passable, at best. Half a slice of white bread, some mayonnaise, three pieces of boiled egg, a generous helping of prawns and lettuce. That’s it. I would make a better one at home. It tasted fine and everything was fresh but those prices don’t begin to justify such shameless mediocrity. My daughter ordered the potato main with hazelnuts and capers. This very expensive dish comprised a single, overcooked, unappetisingly grey baby potato cut into tiny segments and covered in mayonnaise and butter. Luckily the bread was nice (though not warm) and that was her lunch. The soft serve dessert is just that, with a tiny swirl of caramel sauce. Nobody came back to enquire if we needed more drinks or if we were enjoying our food. Eddie needs training. The thin girl needs a personality and to be taught that it’s okay to smile and be polite to guests when they make a simple request. For a hotel of this calibre such poor service and meh food is unacceptable. They are riding on their reputation which will become harder to maintain unless they dramatically up their game. Disappointing experience.
