It's a nice plaza with everything from restaurants and supermarkets. The whole neighborhood looks a bit classy. The gym and swimming pool are good, a good choice on the way to Milwaukee

The hotel was better than we expected. It was clean and front desk ladies were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. We will stay there in future if we need to.

Location was great. It was rainy but they do offer a free shuttle to take you anywhere which was wonderful. No free house coffee but there was a coffee maker in the room and front desk gave us a couple more packets as you only get 2 regular packets in the room. Pizza place across the street, Hoops, was great. They shuttled us down to Blue Duck restaurant. Awesome! Close to many places you can walk to.

This hotel is very large and every room is a suite, so it’s great for parents to bring their children! There is a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and sink. There is a gym and swimming room. The large reception hall is spacious. There are many sofa seats, and there is a huge indoor pavilion with green plants and stools under the trees, which is very comfortable and enjoyable! And the price is moderate, very good hotel!

The king bed room we had was BIG and spacious, with sofa and coffee table, an armchair and hassock. TV is a bit far away from the sofa. Appreciate free daily breakfast, they even vary the hot protein options each day (scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, omelette) which was good for us since we stayed over a week. Only downer is that the hotel is right next to the tollway 355, so road noise is quite constant. I would request a room on a quieter side.

Accidentally booked this hotel during the Days of the Dead event that was going on at the hotel that weekend. So when I arrived I was surprised by many of the attendees, but some absolutely interest costumes and people were there. Even saw Alice Cooper and several stars of the current hit movie Terrifier hanging out in the lobbies and at the restaurant. This hotel is located across the street from the convention center and also the Rosemont Theater and close to O'Hare. That was my biggest problem, so many loud planes flying over (very closely) all through the night. My room was on the side next to the Rosemont Theater and their very bright sign was a little annoying, especially since the blinds don't close all the way to block off the light or help with sound reduction. As with most busy hotels, the unfortunate noises from other guests slamming doors or taking a shower is something I might expect at a lower name brand hotel - unfortunately these problems are present at this location too. My room purchase came with free breakfast buffet at the restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. A wide variety of fresh fruits and standard breakfast foods, all laid out nicely and neat. I would hit this place up for breakfast anytime I am in that neighborhood. Staff was friendly, took the hotel shuttle back to O'Hare. Has a decent size indoor pool and a couple of workout rooms, which I didn't use. Also had a Caddyshack themed bar and restaurant, food was also decent there.

There were a lot of negative reviews on Google, and I was a bit worried too, but at least my room was absolutely fine! It was clean with no mold spots, the bedding was neat, and the bathroom had plenty of towels. I got a good night's rest. The only downside was that I ordered Uber Eats delivery, but around midnight the front desk was unattended. So the food was left on the counter, and I had to go downstairs myself in the cold night to pick it up.

Good value. Extended stay. Had do not disturb sign out most of the time. The two times I did change it over to have room cleaned nobody cleaned it. Had to got to desk mgr for extra towels, etc. He also came and changed my trash bags since I had food in them. He was helpful and apologetic. Overall was a good experience.

Perfect location, opposite to Chicago Fashion Outlets and lots of restaurants just around the corner. Young and energetic design, highly recommended
