Very disappointed with this hotel, started the break here as the Hilton Garden Inn then changed hands at new year. On the positive, good location, rooms are a good size and parking is convenient. Unfortunately the hotel is just very tired and staff don’t seem to care. Our room was not clean so we informed reception, who told us they would get it cleaned the next day. Although the room was generally cleaned (sheets etc), there was dust everywhere and not great. The food was exactly the same for breakfast each day, hit and miss whether there was fruit juice or just water. Room key stopped working a couple of times a day so needed to be recoded constantly. Pool was never cleaned and chemicals not checked- see photos. Really is disgusting and needs addressing. Staff not interested in doing anything about it. Almost staff spoke English but not all, not their fault but not designed for any foreign travellers. I would avoid this hotel as there are many others that are better and cleaner.

Café da manhã servido muito tarde (eu tinha um evento as 8h e precisava chegar lá as 7h pra pegar um bom lugar e conseguir estacionar, não consegui tomar café nenhum dia porque o café começa a ser servido as 7h.) Estacionamento cobrado à parte com valor elevado do meu ponto de vista, pois a área era do próprio hotel. Tinham 2 elevadores mas nem sempre ambos funcionavam. Enfim, a estrutura é boa, mas a administração deixa à desejar.

O Hotel Pousada, a Praia do Cerrado e o Parque das Fontes foram decepcionantes de VÁRIAS formas. Hotel velho, sem manutenção (porta do banheiro não trancava e o serviço de reparo não apareceu depois de acionado, equipamento que faz o controle do serviço de quarto não funcionava, chuveiro difícil de acertar o ponto da temperatura, frigobar velho, televisão com manchas na tela), sujo, com paredes sujas/trincadas e precisando de pintura, móveis velhos, quarto pequeno, cheiro ruim, muitas (muuuuuuuuuuuitas!) moscas (na Praia do Cerrado e nos restaurantes), muitos pombos (”ratos voadores”, na Praia), comida ruim (inclusive, tomei um suco de cajú com gosto de podre), lotação acima da capacidade (no Parque das Fontes, exceto muito cedo ou muito tarde, não tem uma mísera mesa ou cadeira ou espreguiçadeira vazia pra que alguém possa se acomodar), preços absurdos (caipirinha a R$ 45,00, água de coco a R$ 16...) e por aí vai... Na Praia do Cerrado, para almoçar no restaurante, precisei abanar o prato (sem parar) com uma das mãos e ainda assim as moscas não paravam de pousar em cima. Atraso para liberar o quarto no momento do check-in, tendo em vista que um dos quartos (eram dois quartos conjugados) ainda estava sendo limpo às 14h. DECEPCIONANTE! MUITO DECEPCIONANTE! NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS. FOI A ÚLTIMA VEZ NESSE LUGAR E NÃO RECOMENDO. PRECISAM MELHORAR MUITO SE QUISEREM SE MANTER NO MERCADO, AINDA MAIS COM TANTOS PARQUES AQUÁTICOS APARECENDO POR AÍ.

At least on the weekend we were there, close to a national holiday, we found the too highly priced for what it offers. But, except for a detail in the room, which I'll mention later, there was actually nothing wrong - from the reservation via Booking including interaction via Instagram and WhatsApp and check-in everyone on the team was very friendly and efficient. The room has a good shower, good beds, they honored our request for a quiet part of the hotel, facing the least busy street. All clean. Of course, one doesn't enjoy paying for parking, but the price was reasonable for that. If you have a car, the location is very practical and close to important alternatives, like the main shopping mall in town and easy to reach nearby locations like Alphaville, the Goiânia Country Club, which for us were all places we came to visit. It's a 15-minute drive from the Sun and Moon fairs and walking distance from Sunday's Cerrado Fair. Breakfast was fine, especially on Sunday and if one has a bit of sweet tooth. I splurged on avocado ”vitamins” (smoothies) and we enjoyed the ”natural” sandwiches - adding slices of tomato and cucumber, items one usually doesn't find at breakfast buffets. Pet-peeve: no place inside the bathroom to hang the used bath towels after use - we had to hang them on the hangers in the closet.
