Everything was good but not great. Expect a long line if you're checking-in in the evening. The total price for room, fees, and taxes were slightly more than originally quoted through Trip.com. When I mentioned it the person checking me in looked straight in my eyes with no smile and said you want me to go over the fees again? I didn't need that. I think she probably heard this many times and was pretty much telling me she's tired of hearing it. I guess this is expected. The room was clean. I enjoyed PT's sports bar the best. Oh, and Top of the World restaurant was good also. Ordere Ribeye that was cooked to perfect temperature but was salty. But I guess you go there for the view and not the food.

Circus Circus is Reno in all its clowny glory is loud, chaotic, and unapologetic. The rooms are basic but clean with hot showers, decent WiFi, and beds good enough after a night downstairs. The real draw is the carnival atmosphere: kids blasting clown heads with water pistols while parents chase slot machines, blackjack tables running past midnight, and food stands that keep you fueled when the clock stops mattering. It’s not luxury. It’s not quiet. But if you want Reno at full volume with lights flashing, prizes falling, and nostalgia dripping with cheap thrills then this is the place.

The place was kind of loud.  Also, the Trip.com app *clearly* stated that there would be no additional fees upon arrival. BS. There’s a $45 resort fee and you’re stuck paying it. I raised hell and got the $45 refunded by Trip.com

WELL, THE MAIDS CAME KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TWICE AT 9:30AM FOR HOUSEKEEPING BUT CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM. THEN SOMEONE TOOK MY RUBBER EAR PODS OF MY HEADPHONES. I THINK THE EMPLOYEES NEED A VACATION OR AN APPRECIATION AWARD OR SOMETHING🤣. ASIDE FROM THAT, I FIGURED OUT THE BATHROOM LIGHTING BUTTONS THE NEXT DAY. THESE DIGITAL ROOMS ARE AN EXTRA STRENUOUS ENCOUNTER FOR TRAVELS. BEING LAID-OFF, I ENJOYED MY KING SUITE WITH THE TEENAGERS ' GRAFFITI.😈

Terdapat pasar raya kecil di sekitar hotel, sarapan a la carte dan Starbucks. Gimnasium serba lengkap, tetapi kaunter penerimaan tetamu perlu bercakap dengan bilik sebelum ia boleh dibersihkan. Tiada telefon atau peti sejuk di dalam bilik. 15 minit dari lapangan terbang, secara keseluruhannya OK.

The Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.

We returned to our room after being in the ****** at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken, they moved us to a room at the end of the hallway and  a few minutes later we discovered the air conditioner was broken in that room as well, but at least it was not blowing out heat. We decided to just stick it out inthat room since it was already so Late. When I discussed this with the front desk person after waiting on the customer in front of me to finish complaining about her room , the front desk attendant simply said there was nothing she could do about it !!

The room was beautiful - we paid on arrival for an upgrade and early check in. Huge room, great bathroom. Such a comfy bed! Mini fridge in room. Awesome location mid *****. Close to bus on ***** to go north bound or south bound. Pool was beautiful - my only issue was the need to pay to use a day bed even though resort fees are paid.

Booked at the morning of check in day. I made 2 different bookings and it felt like the hotel is almost fully booked. They haven’t asked me for a deposit as it was fully paid. When I lived at the second floor, it wasn’t noisy at all. Sometimes there are plain around, but the noise is ok. But when I was on the first floor, the neighbors above were a bit noisy. Anyways, It’s always a great idea to have ear plugs with you. The hotel is sweet. Location is comfy to get by bus from the airport, but there’s no bus to the *****. So it took 20-30 mins to walk there. There’re stores and restaurants war the hotel. Stuff is friendly. Can’t complain!

It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP
