SWEET DODOL EXPERIENCE IN WARUNG DODOL STATION, ALOR GAJAH

#favouriteitinerary Warung Dodol Station in Alor Gajah, Melaka, is the place to go for a taste of this traditional Malay treat. Dodol, made from glutinous rice and brown palm sugar, is chewy, sticky, and sweet, super popular in Melaka. We were told this spot serves the freshest, just-cooked dodol, so we went for the liquid version. It was fun to pull, kind of like stretchy cheese from pizza, but the sweetness was a bit much for me.
