Beautiful scenery may be enjoyed only if you're prepared for the weather!

the scenery was beautiful especially at the top at the 天池. advisable to visit in the morning as the winds generally get rougher in the afternoon. I wore 6 layers and was still freezing as the winds were so strong, it was difficult to walk! they close access to the 天池 on days with bad weather, so advisable to stay for at least a night such that you may attempt another visit if entry was closed on the first day. We managed to visit (4 Jan) but was informed that it was closed both on the day before and after the date of our visit!
